SPY REPORT
Welcome once again to New Seam, my darlings! I love these wonderful get-togethers we
have every few weeks with one another. It was an exciting turn today, our last turn
before the various winter festivities. A few new teams appeared on our scrolls and
there were of course the usual oldies on the sands. Let's take a quick walk through
all the news for this turn, shall we?
We are going to work out way backward today starting with deaths and turn records,
working our way to the top and the coveted Duelmaster's throne. There were no
significant deaths today. In fact, all 4 of the deaths took place in the Dark Arena.
As to turns, that's a bit more exciting to report. Metal Blade had an excellent turn
going 5-0. Huckle's Cats are also standing a big taller after their 4-1 finish. With
the good, we must also come to the bad. It looks like both Pixelbenderse and Weirding
Ways only managed 1-4 efforts this turn, causing both to drop significantly in the 3-
turn rankings. Pharmanomicon appears in our rankings, but they did not fight this
turn.
Alfredo's Ladies is our most avoided team today with Pixelbenders doing most of the
avoiding. Bully Bobcat is the most challenged warrior. With Huckle Cat's crew having
a stellar turn, I'm betting Bully wasn't sweating any would-be challengers. The
interesting part of the story is that none of those challenges made it through to
Bully. However, Bully's challenge to Vexxed was put on the docket. To the shock of
many, Bully Bobcat scored his first win in the arena against Vexxed in a 3-minute
fight.
Now is the big finish with our talk about the Duelmaster. The Can Collector was
sitting pretty on top of the arena and enjoying his view from the New Seam throne.
Titan had plans of his own in The Can Collector's first title defense since being
crowned. Titan challenges up 22 points for his shot at glory, and you know what? He
made the most of it and takes over as Duelmaster from The Can Collector. There is no
graduation notice, so we will have another proper title defense next turn. Titan is
managed by Eli, and if my records are correct, this is Eli's first Duelmaster in New
Seam. Congrats to both Titan and Eli!
Time for me to go, my sweets! The weather outside is frightful. Well, that is an
overstatement, it isn't that bad. I'm just trying to get into the holiday spirit and
it is a bit difficult while sweating. Sorry, my mother would scold me for saying such
a thing . . . horse sweat, but we ladies perspire! Have a wonderful holiday however
you choose to celebrate it. I will see each of you in two weeks!

3-2 turn. Dropped the top team but Ajax seems to be a favorite. He lost in a challenge
from a naked striker going with a decisiveness tactic. It worked, good on them. Titan
won and is now in position to challenge the Duelmaster. I am sending him even though I
doubt he will make it through. Hydra has lost again. Pretty soon he will be just
another .500 warrior. Beowulf managed to win, to not go 0-3. I'm really upset his
learning has slowed down, but if I can keep him alive he should graduate soon. Then
there is wolverine. He won, and that's great, but an 11 wit even with a 21 will
doesn't amount to much of a learning curve. I can easily see him in the arena well
past 40 fights at this rate. That's it folks. Life stinks, work sucks, and I'm barely
