SPY REPORT
And here we go again, my darlings! Great to see you back in Seam and what an exciting
turn we have to report on today. We currently have a fantastically active and
competitive arena; it is a wonder to behold every two weeks! I suspect the competition
will become more fierce when we move from the warm-up phase to the actual contest. We
have lots to talk about, so let's take a look at all the action from the arena.
The non-title Title fight turned into a going-away party for Command X and The Handy
Man. Both we invited to the Isle last turn, so it didn't really matter who won. It
was an intriguing bout for the fans to bid farewell. It was a well-fought match with
Command X winning. They will be joined by Cut & Paste and Sister Garlic in leaving for
the advanced games.
Now, we need a Duelmaster for our arena. The actual title fight came down to Mr. Root
and Lorelei. Mr. Root posted a brave challenge, going up 29 recognition points, to
face Lorelei from Lost Sentinels. It was a long, 5-minute fight that ended with the
crowing of our new champion, Duelmistress Lorelei. Congrats to our new Duelmistress!
Perhaps she will grace us with a column next turn. I've never known the Lost
Sentinels to be chatty, but maybe they will surprise us.
The most avoided team today is Unlikely Heroes. They were mostly avoided by Robo
Village. The most challenged warrior in Seam this day is Amoxikillin of
Pharmanomicon. One would think with a name like that people would avoid him. Oh
well, I am talking about gladiators. They do not always make the wisest, or safest,
choices. Slick was the lucky contestant that was able to face Amoxikillin. He issued
a bloodfeud challenge, but I might have over-sold the "lucky" part since Amoxikillin
won the fight.
Alfredovision(TM) remains the top team over the last three turns. Along with
Pixelbenders, Alfredo's crew is the only one to remain in the top 5 from the last
turn. Unlikely Heroes had the shortest trip moving from 6th place to 2nd.
Pharmanomicon and 200 Proof traveled from 13th and 12th to enter the top 5 at 4th and
5th place. Meanwhile, Call Your Shot and Constant Sorrow fell significantly in the
rankings.

Lorelei can hold onto the throne. We are getting closer to the official start of the
contest. I am curious if other teams will be joining us. I look forward to it either
