Notes from the arena champ.
Okay, I gotta get this off my chest.
Ghost Pepper -- You killed Planter's Punch. Rude!
There was a lot of discussion in the Call Your Shot guildhouse about the appropriate
response. Should the Duelmaster bloodfeud? That would certainly send a message, but
seemed like overkill.
Option 2: Bloodfeud with Flaming Dr Pepper, a Challenger Champion. Tempting, but
again, overkill.
Option 3: Chartreuse volunteered to do the deed, but honestly we weren't sure she
could win. It's a problem.
Then we started drinking, and woke up on the neighbor's lawn this morning. Unlikely
we will ever get around to deciding what to do.

SPY REPORT
Welcome back, my darlings, to the wonderful arena of Seam! We call it New Seam from
time to time because it has been closed and opened on more than one occasion, but it
is still the same lovely place. The town has now changed, and it has been many moons
since our New Seam began hosting no-tourney fights. It has been exactly 217 cycles to
be exact! Nine years is a long time, and I hope we have many more! Okay, let's get to
business and discuss what happened on the sands today.
Cali Gold Rush got an invite to the Isle, so we were anticipating a parting fight
before he headed off into the sunset. We got nothing. Cali and his whole team did not
show up today. I guess some like to extend the celebration! The fans were
disappointed, but we needed to keep pressing forward. So, our title match came down to
the fight between Rose Mofford and Space Toast. I'm not sure Space Toast would have
been Duelmaster had he won, but we do not need to worry about such a detail because he
did not win. Rose won and became the newest champion for Seam. Congrats to Rose on
winning the big fight! Now, she must be prepared to defend her new position next
cycle.
Alfredovision(TM) is feared throughout Seam, at least that is what the golems are
telling me. They were our most avoided team today, and they were mostly avoided by
Robo Village. Hoeb came in today at 18-16-1. I do not see any clear indicator why
other warriors would be targeting him, yet he is today's most challenged warrior. The
Aces of No Tournament Blues challenged up 1-point to fight Hoeb, and it appears to
have been a good decision. The Aces came out on top and Hoeb falls a bit in the
rankings. There were only two deaths today with one taking place in the Dark Arena and
the other on the regular sands. Run Amok ran afoul of Lady with Garden. It ends with
lots of sadness for Thirsty Thugs as Run Amok dies.
Time for me to move on to the next arena, my sweets. It is probably worth mentioning
that we had 3 inactive teams today. Hold My Beer, 200 Proof, and Call Your Showt did
not make it onto the sands. With names such as those, it might be time to call for an
intervention of some sort. Seriously guys, do we need to talk? Do you need a shoulder
to cry on? No? Well, I thought I would ask. I hope to see all of you next time, so
don't forget to come back!
