SPY REPORT

Welcome back to Seam, my darlings! It was a clear, crisp day in the arena, making for
the perfect setting to watch fights. The crowd seemed to enjoy the fights today, and
I certainly found myself on the edge of my seat on occasion. Let's take a look at all
that has transpired this day, and if there were any major shakeups in the rankings.

Biff remains our Duelmaster. He did fight one of our stalwart Challenger Champions in
the main event. Mozelle Alderson took a shot at being the arena's newest champion,
but Biff was just too much for her. It could be the difference in experience or it
could be that Biff has found his fighting groove. Whatever the case, Biff stays at
the top and the rest of us are just looking up at him in all of his glory. Congrats
to Biff and Akakia for holding onto the Duelmaster's title.

Rubber vs Glue avoided Thirsty Thugs the most this turn. I do not remember Thirsty
Thugs being very active with challenges, but I will also readily admit I do not pay as
much attention as the managers to such subjects. Reporting the arena news and living
the arenas are two very different experiences. I tend to enjoy just watching and
talking about it. It feels like too much work being involved in the day-to-day
operations of an entire guild! Why work when I can sip wine and voice my opinion to
the masses?

Pandemic Boredom lost Home Alone in today's fights. He was the only non-Dark Arena
death in Seam. Home Alone was on a promising career trajectory at 3-0 before meeting
his demise. We will await news of a bloodfeud if Pandemic Boredom feels so inclined.
Darque Knights and Pandemic Boredom sent 3 to the Dark Arena between them. All three
(3) of those warriors were from the lower ranks, so there was little ruckus from the
fanbase. I guess it is difficult to form a faithful following of fans in only a few
fights. Farmer Fox overtook Dakia Wildrose as the fan-favorite today. Both warriors
have been fighting in the arena for over a year (over 2 in the case of Dakia), so they
have had time to attract the masses.

No Tournament Blues holds the top team over the last three (3) turns, as well as the
Team on the Move honor. Their 11-4-2 record is surely impressive, but the 55-point
gain is just astounding! There is no hidden fight experience in our fair arena. What
you see is what you get! I am always amazed at how much recognition a team can gain
on a single turn without the benefit of tournament exposure! Unlikely Heroes slipped
out of the top spot with an equally impressive 10-5-0. Pandemic Boredom fell out of
the top teams and was replaced by Huckle's Cats. Akakia remained strong at number
four (4), and Rubber vs Glue finished up our list at number five (5).

Time for me to go, my sweets! I have a collection of young witches and warlocks
passing through later today. They seek instruction, but we shall see how the mood
strikes me. I may send them on a fetch-quest! Those are my faves. A nice mystical
Merlot might make for a good lesson! I hope to see you next cycle. It will be a long
two weeks, and I will miss you. Well, most of you. See you then!
