Notes from the arena champ.
Like Frank Sinatra, "regrets, I've had a few" and one of my biggest regrets is playing
Animal Crossing under my son's profile. This is right after we got the Switch for him
and I didn't really understand profiles and I didn't think I needed my own profile and
I thought that he'd never play Animal Crossing but just stick to Mario and Luigi (the
plumber, not the folk hero) and so it didn't matter. Anyway, I put years into that
game and got my house looking better than my real house when, all of a sudden, my son
starts playing it and takes over my house. It was tragic. I had to start all over
under my own profile and it just looks sad. First of all, it's a tiny one-room place
and all of my furniture is basic. Very much like my sad condo right after I got
divorced, except I have a chair in Animal Crossing while I didn't have a chair in my
condo, just a horrible couch.
The only other regret I have is never fighting I Know You Are and But What Am I -- I
bet I could show off my skills for five or six minutes fighting them and then take
Popularity Leader away from Mississippi Sheiks. Or maybe I'll lose to one of them or
Saffire -- you know, I've had my share of losing and now, as tears subside, I find it
all so amusing to think I did all that and may I say, not in a shy way, I did it my
way.

SPY REPORT
Well, well, well! Another thrilling turn in Seam, my darlings, and your favorite sassy
sorceress, Sidara Brightbell, is here to spill all the tea! It is hot tea, too, hotter
than a fireball spell! Let's get right into the action! I don't want to forget any of
the good stuff.
The mighty I Know You Are of Rubber vs Glue has snatched the throne from Doomsrolling
with a well-earned victory. That fight was a nail-biter, lasting four intense minutes!
Our newest Duelmaster has proven that stick and stones may break your bones, but cool
warrior names will continue to win fights. There was no invite for I Know You Are, so
he can defend his title in two weeks.
The Darque Knights were the ones to dodge this turn, which I hear is better than
parrying. They earned the title of "Most Avoided Team." And, who was the most
determined to steer clear of the Knights? None other than Pandemic Boredom! Come on
now, my dears--avoiding them won't make them go away! The distinction of "Most
Challenged Warrior" belongs to Sau Sage from DMobster's crew, Thirsty Thugs. Everyone
wanted a piece of Sau Sage today. Swipe Left swiped right into victory, leaving Sau
Sage to stew in their misfortunes! If I were a base spy reporter, I would have many
more jokes to make about this one, but I will move on for the sake of keeping this
report PG!
A hush fell over the arena as we witnessed the first death on the sands after many
turns of bloodless combat. Poor Shifty-Eyed Volunteer met their unfortunate end at the
hands of apprentice warrior, Twyla Moonowl. Volunteers, note that shifty eyes won't
save you from a determined opponent. A moment of silence, my loves, then we must move
onward!
To close, we must mention the graduation of some battle-word arena veterans. A
special farewell for Doomsrolling and Mississippi Sheiks. We wish you well as you
transition to the Isle of the Eye! May your victories be plenty in the advanced games.
