Notes from the arena champ.
Hail, Sunset!
Well, how about that, 3 turns in a row and a bunch of Challenger Champs I have
beaten. I guess I shouldn't spout off too much, crow don't taste good. Jade put up
a good fight and had a good record, so I was worried I bit off more than I could
chew. I see a slew of new blood in the arena and it is a good thing. Maybe it is
time to properly welcome them to Sunset like our forefathers would, hunt them down.
Bottineau, congrats on graduating. I hope to see you there soon. Time to go, my
manager is telling me my challenges to Jackass and Bottineau have been sent and to go
out there and try and make 4 turns. Good luck to all and most of all to me.

SPY REPORT
I was going on vacation, see? Surf, sun... But what do those bums say? "Hit
the road, Debby Tonte. SUNSET needs a spyreport." Oh, well. Too bad, THAT 70'S
TEAM, but CARNAGE CANARIES was just too good to be stopped. Uncool, KANO CLAN. I
mean 0-0-0 is bad. Will they will be allowed to fight? I say use 'em for training
practice! The guys at STORM WARNING like really pulled together to get a 4-1-0 this
turn, moving up by 4. Cut this out and put it in your scrapbooks, YAKUZA! 'Cause
they got 4-1-0 and moved up to 5th! This new team IRONIC TAILS shows promise, and
that's all I'm going to say (for now). MVP award for FRANK RIZZO!!!? THE JERKY
BOYZ's proud of him after beating RAZOR MELODY and getting 27 points. Talk about yer
big time losers! UGLY FOG got smashed by GINA TAILIA, and lost 15 points! JACKASS
thinks his 14-14-0 and studly character is good enough to face up to the Duelmaster.
Any bets? And I was just getting used to the ex-Duelmaster's habit of...(!) Oh
well, welcome JACKASS. Aren't TRIAL & ERROR proud. (Oh, my.) Who was the wiseguy
that said SUNSET's Duelmaster was paying for drinks at Wildlife Unlimited? Don't
look at me!
Look, you guys stick to fighting, all right? CARNAGE CANARIES was the most
avoided team. Is a 42-31-5 record really that scary? Is there some deep dark secret
why YAKUZA's been avoiding CARNAGE CANARIES so much? Or is it just that they're too
scared? Like, is ORIGINAL STINK popular, or what? It was challenged the most in all
of SUNSET! It's got a 5-20-0, is that good? For sure, I was holding my breath when
I found out POTOMACC challenged HURRICANE. After all, haven't GRIM FANDANGO and
STORM WARNING had a long standing duel in SUNSET? It wasn't a spectacular fight, or
anything, but HURRICANE wants me to write about it since she beat POTOMACC.
Satisfied? SOLOMON BLOODBANE must not be a good enough fighter to get in fair
fights. He challenged TVEDEN. 9 is a big difference. (Well, that's what they tell
me.) I thought SOLOMON BLOODBANE showed great skill and promise when he lost to
TVEDEN. All right, so I slept through it! Big deal!
Challenges, revenges, Bloodfeuds. All SUNSET ever talks about is fighting! Me,
I'm more laid back. What if they had a fight and nobody showed up? I'd be out of a
job, that's what!!!
Remember, blood on a purple robe may stain. Soak it in cold water, and hand
wash. I know how much you like reading this stuff, but I really should stop. Its

started in Monuntial (DM 34) back in '92. They were active for seven months. I have

A note to everyone regarding manager names and manager lists -- If you're running a
team incognito, all you have to do is let me know and I won't put your name on any
manager lists. It has seemed though, that more people want their names listed, even
if they do not announce themselves, than the other way around. Also, I do maintain
the list more or less by hand and errors do creep in. You have but to say I've made
