Well, what are you looking at, SUNSET? Ain't you never seen Snide Clemens
before? Ah, shaddup and listen to my news. Later days, PESTILENCE, since FAMINE
took top team from you this turn, you guys are old news. If this keeps up, LITERATE
LOONS, you'll have to shine swords instead of use them. A drop of 7 in the rankings?
FAMINE turned their 2-1-0 turn into a 1st place rank in the listings this turn. Any
better than this, and you get put on hit lists. Gee, I'm impressed, a 4-1-0 is nice,
but don't get cocky, PHILTHBALLS, the Fates teach humility, and the Fates are proud.
Of course, we're all terribly impressed to see BRAVOS win a fight and gain 24 points,
terribly. Tsk, tsk, BRAVOS beat MATSUDA KAO and MATSUDA KAO lost 18 points. You're
breakin' my heart. And if variety is the spice of life, SUNSET may be getting bland,
as VIOLENT PACIFICATION stays top dog in the city. I'm not in a very good mood
today, but why am I telling you this? You want to know what's new, don't you,
SUNSET?
Well, let's take a look at some more misdeeds of you miserable sword-boys.
What's the big D? NOMADIC TRIBE was the most avoided team? Bunch of lily livered...
grumble... mumble... curse... And who led the way in this mass act of cowardice?
Let's see, well, whatcha know? It was KANO CLAN. Ha ha ha ha! DARLA was challenged
more times this turn than the Duelmaster. Now was the DM insulted or feared? Heh,
heh. CANNON FODDER was challenged by one of GRIM FANDANGO's warriors this turn, with
VULGE having a lead of 17 points going into the fight. And golly gee, VULGE bested
CANNON FODDER. Aren't we all surprised and impressed? I guess I can give a little
credit to BULGAKOV of LITERATE LOONS for challenging up by 24 to NERVE RAKER.
BULGAKOV lost to get 77 points of recognition. And we have SAMAEL in a challenge,
going down 11 points for the fight. Guess what? I thought SAMAEL showed great skill
and promise when he put to death GRIMLORD. All right, so I slept through it! Big
deal!
Some people like volunteer work in the hospitals. I volunteer for SUNSET's
morgue. More variety. Bye bye, warrior, bye bye... HAMSUN, a glorious 10-11-0
fighter, has passed away. Gee, too bad LITERATE LOONS. Honor is like a chainmail
shirt, it only shines through use. Certain nameless cowards will doubtless rebuke me
on this one.
