SPY REPORT
If you were disturbed from your beauty rest only to have to watch a bunch of
SUNSET brutes like you, you'd be grouchy, too. Now keep the taverns open late
tonight, for there are sorrows to drown for GREDAN, whose 0-0-0 this turn dropped
them by 7 into 14th. Ha! OMINOUS REIGN turned their 4-1-0 turn into a 3rd place
rank in the listings this turn. Any better than this, and you get put on hit lists.
Gee, I'm impressed, a 3-1-0 is nice, but don't get cocky, SWORD OPERA, the Fates
teach humility, and the Fates are proud. Of course, we're all terribly impressed to
see LENI POOLE win a fight and gain 23 points, terribly. Tsk, tsk, JESICKA beat
GRAVEN WARD and GRAVEN WARD lost 12 points. You're breakin' my heart. FLY FISHER
Dark Arena Challenged SHEWISH GIANT for SUNSET's Title this turn, and guess what
happened? And if variety is the spice of life, SUNSET may be getting bland, as FLY
FISHER stays top dog in the city. Kickbacks and bribes, kickbacks and bribes, how
else do you think some of these guys win their fights? Skill? Ha!
My mother always told me, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, start
talking.' I loved that woman. What's the big D? GRIM FANDANGO was the most avoided
team? Bunch of lily livered... grumble... mumble... curse... And it looks like
SERPENTS HOLD avoided them the most this turn. What a pack of would be losers, if
you ask me. Hmph. MORBID CRUSADER was challenged more times this turn than the
Duelmaster. Now was the DM insulted or feared? Heh, heh. And we have WALLACE in a
challenge, going down 10 points for the fight. Guess what? I thought WALLACE showed
great skill and promise when he overcame DISEASE. All right, so I slept through it!
Big deal!
Ah, now we come to my favorite part, where we see all the guys who are dead and
gone, and get to see if their team cared. SEA DOGS has cause to pause today, as FLY
FISHER was sent to the Dark Arena, and came back--though not in the best of moods,
I'll wager. Whoa! I'll even buy KING TOOTNPOOTN a drink tonight! Anyone who can
come back from the Dark Arena, I want to be on his good side! TEAM SLIME has cause
to pause today, as AGAMAMNON was sent to the Dark Arena, and came back--though not in
the best of moods, I'll wager. We're all going to die in the end, so why worry if
the fate catches up with you sooner that later?
There's got to be a better place in SUNSET to get a drink than Baba Yaga's Bar
and Grill! Any suggestions? Just wait 'till next time I show up here, I won't be so
