When I was 1-4, they booed me, said I should just DA and be done with it... But
my manager told me to stick with it, he had faith in me and that someday I'd be on
top of this town. I guess he was right about that! Well, look at me up here on the
throne of Sunset. It's only fitting, isn't it? Me being a King and all.

You elder fighters surely remember me. The younger ones may call me Olaf
Modeen. I return to SUNSET once again! Woof! NOMADIC TRIBE were a bunch of dogs
after THE UNHOLY ONES got through with 'em! 5th ain't so sweet as 1st! Phhbltt!
Too much drinking and too little dodging gave GRIM FANDANGO a 2-2-0! I got a good
laugh out of it! Ya gotta be quick on yer feet! Keep your elbow off the table!
Thrust! Block out the pain! THE BLUES is now ranked 3rd with a 4-1-0 turn. BLOOD
AND SAND showed SUNSET what they were made of as they fought with a vengeance to walk
off with 4-0-1. What's with DELAMAR? He actually beat BEN'S BAZAAR's BUILD A BARD,
and walked away with 24 more points from the fight. Laughs were big at THE UNHOLY
ONES while they watched DELAMAR clobber BUILD A BARD. He lost 17 points and got
bruised from objects thrown from the stands. Another fighter (OZADANWIN 17-13-0)
challenged another Duelmaster (KING BEE 15-9-0). Life goes on. OZADANWIN was
reminded on the sands why KING BEE is Duelmaster. Advice to fighters with a 1
will--give up fighting!
If at first you don't succeed, avoid. That'll get you in the Spyreports.
SUNSET thinks KANO CLAN and their 394-496-23 is too much! If at first you don't
succeed, give up... Management must be dealin', as the boys at NOMADIC TRIBE ain't
reelin'! KANO CLAN's mad! What do people see in IOVIS? His 4-2-1? BLOOD AND SAND
ain't talkin', but he's got 26 points. KILMOAR didn't quite know what to make of a
challenge he received from SUZY Q of THE BLUES, who is 24 points below him. SUZY Q
perhaps got hers just desserts, seeing as she beat KILMOAR and ended up with 84
recognition points.
A fighter's lot is filled with strife, revenge, and killing. Some fighters
don't accept this. The best do. Yeah, yeah, DJORGUN killed MONCHICHI MAGUS, who was
"too young to die." Well, he was a fighter, and that's what you have to face. I
like to see warriors put young whippersnappers in their place. I guess you could say
THE UNHOLY ONES'DIERKIN did just that. Right DOC LEGRAND'S LAB V2? Here's some
advice: study your opponent, master many skills, fight dirty.
Many other cities have retirement homes for aged warriors. Any plans here? All
work and no play makes Olaf a dull fighter. Work and play no fighter dull Olaf.
