SPY REPORT
Oh, hi. Its just little 'ol Debby Tonte. Thought I'd check out ZORPUNT to see
what's new. Too bad, WATER DECK, but KRILL CAVALRY was just too good to be stopped.
Talk about yer big time losers! GYRADOS got smashed by CAPTAIN INSANO, and lost 9
points! Like DARK ARENA's SPYMASTER is sweating since he got Dark Arena Challenged
by Duelmaster KID ROCK! The crowds were amazed this turn, as SPYMASTER killed the
Duelmaster, KID ROCK, leaving THE MC5 in mourning. CROCONAW gets to be new
Duelmaster. But doesn't this mean people might try to kill him, too? I hear the top
team insists all their warriors get nine hours sleep. They want photogenic fighters
for PR photos.
I gotta admit I haven't been in "deep con caves" with any spies. Really, I just
wing this stuff. SWEET BLISS was ZORPUNT's most avoided team. Is there some award
for that? Is there some deep dark secret why WATER DECK's been avoiding SWEET BLISS
so much? Or is it just that they're too scared? Can BATTLEMANIA's ORESTES be more
popular than me? He was challenged the most, but is that really the same? People
were asking me did TOMMY HEARNS REALLY challenge ORESTES? (all right, maybe they
didn't, but it sounded good!) It wasn't a spectacular fight, or anything, but ORESTES
wants me to write about it since he was subdued by TOMMY HEARNS. Satisfied?
Challenges, revenges, Bloodfeuds. All ZORPUNT ever talks about is fighting!
Me, I'm more laid back. Fight, fight, fight. Is that all you guys can do?
Remember, blood on a purple robe may stain. Soak it in cold water, and hand
wash. I gotta leave. ZORPUNT is like such a dump, and you guys smell too much! I
had a fun time, see you later-- Debby Tonte

PERSONAL ADS
Joe Poole -- You were persistent, weren't you? Well, I think I've put you in your
place, you stalker! -- E.I. Doh!
Destitute Noble -- What? Someone's actually reading my personal ads? And a reply?
Woo hoo! Been talking to myself and Leeta so long I forgot what that's like. Uh,
what were we talking about? Oh, right. Well, let's see here, my thoughts as they
come up:
1. Hey, how could I check up on you when you never told us who you were? Destitute
Noble, got it, pleased ta meetcha, etc. Glad you're planning to stick around for a
while.
2. Worried about being maimed/murdered? I'd like to submit the thought that "those
who live by the sword, die by the sword" as Ed put it so long ago. Activities that
increase the chances of killing also increase the chance of being killed. Lowering
KD and aiming at non-vitals will lower your warriors' chances of being mangled.
Everyone benefits. One caution though: Avoid those Asinine guys who pop up before
every tourney, they aren't too nice. The rest of us here at the moment are fun
playmates.
3. Hey, I don't have 'rules', just suggestions. And I don't even try to tell people
I'm going to enforce those. My statement about giving tit for tat is intended to
encourage some thought as to retribution if someone were to actively pick on my guys.
Might cause someone to think twice when scribbling on the turnsheet sometime, it's
worth a shot I think. Also, for the record, I don't really have a problem with down-
challenges unless they result in someone getting killed. I don't tend to do it much
myself, but then I tend to run on maintenance most of the time anyway.
4. No disrespect taken, you definitely come across as an honorable kinda guy to me,
good to have you here. I really wasn't trying to sound wrathful, just encouraging an
'alternative viewpoint'. Everyone is free to ignore me (the usual response) or even
retaliate, I'm easy. I just like to be an influence for a better Zorpunt in my own
small way. I'm more of a nag than a sheriff. My motto: "Preserve our natural
resources". By the way, for an 'arena' manager I've noted some impressive tourney
performance from you in the past year, you're too modest, you stud.
-- Darkfist
Wartortle -- You're a bright one, I'll give you that, but perhaps some armor would
help you take a few more hits? -- Orestes
Orestes -- There, are you satisfied? You beat Wartortle into submission easily, and
taught him a measly 4 skills while doing it. Didn't really seem to help him in the
tourney though... -- Gyrados
Zorpunt -- Are you ready for your first alligatorean duelmaster? -- Crocnaw
Darkfist -- I had suspected the nature of the Krill team, but was not certain. I
appreciate you pointing out their team's unique feature to me. -- Destitute Noble
Great White Shark -- "When the shark bites..." OW! -- Tombo Lark
Henry Ford -- Yep, you should go back to making cars. Even "Found On Road Dead" can
be a worthy effort. -- Teller Flete
Stonefish -- A classic style match, though a drastic mis-match on the basis of
experience. I feel rather good about it. -- Limpette
E.I.Doh! -- Well, now, hrmm, I couldn't be mean to a little lady, could I? -- Joe
Poole, with a certain look in his eye
Tiger Shark -- You confirm my feeling that I wish to remain on dry land. -- Pine Leaf
8 April 2004
CLICK (KLK) -- Remember, you asked for it. Chaos is coming....
14 April 2004
CHAOS Inc. proudly announces our newest member, Silver Stroke. He becomes the
seventh brother of Chaos. We shall indeed be better for his joining.
