SPY REPORT
If you were disturbed from your beauty rest only to have to watch a bunch of
CALEAM brutes like you, you'd be grouchy, too. Later days, HEADBANGERS, since VENOM
took top team from you this turn, you guys are old news. FALLOUT turned their 2-1-0
turn into a 5th place rank in the listings this turn. Any better than this, and you
get put on hit lists. Gee, I'm impressed, a 4-0-1 is nice, but don't get cocky,
VENOM, the Fates teach humility, and the Fates are proud. Of course, we're all
terribly impressed to see VIC win a fight and gain 21 points, terribly. Tsk, tsk,
HAMMERFALL beat POPPA LODE and POPPA LODE lost 8 points. You're breakin' my heart.
And if variety is the spice of life, CALEAM may be getting bland, as BLUE RING
OCTOPUS stays top dog in the city. Kickbacks and bribes, kickbacks and bribes, how
else do you think some of these guys win their fights? Skill? Ha!
My mother always told me, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, start
talking.' I loved that woman. What's the big D? HEADBANGERS was the most avoided
team? Bunch of lily livered... grumble... mumble... curse... And it looks like
WARCKERS avoided them the most this turn. What a pack of would be losers, if you ask
me. Hmph. Ooh, I'm frightfully impressed, GO-FER was this turn's most challenged
warrior. Watch that ego swell, sports fans. KORIBUS was challenged by one of
HEADBANGERS' warriors this turn, with SPLINTER having a lead of 16 points going into
the fight. And golly gee, SPLINTER bested KORIBUS. Aren't we all surprised and
impressed? I guess I can give a little credit to HIDDEN DOOM of WARCKERS for
challenging up by 19 to BOUNCER. HIDDEN DOOM lost to get 22 points of recognition.
Some people like volunteer work in the hospitals. I volunteer for CALEAM's
morgue. More variety. A big yahoo goes out to DOOMSDAY this turn, for revenging
HEADBANGERS' bloodfeud against GOLDEN CANYON's warrior GO-FER. Heh, heh, heh.
Titanium shields and bamboo daggers, guess what brave team is developing these kinds
of weapons?
I was about to buy a new quill pen the other day, but some fighter took it for
an epee. Forgive me for writing with a dagger. Well, I've had enough of this
drivel, and I'm sure you have too. Off like a dirty shirt of padded leather. Glad
to see the back of this place-- Snide Clemens

Lord Fang -- Does this mean you plan to stick around for awhile? Any intentions on
going to this face? I plan on going to this one and need somewhere to hang around
and oh ya, I may need a roomie!!! -- Papaiz
P.S. I might even hang around SoV, if he would stop the DC'ing. I heard somewhere
he is not such a bad guy, just has bad habits....
Ruby -- I'll tell you how that happened. I suck. Hehe. Papaiz just made me 'cause
he wanted to experiment with AB's. I told him, "Make me a LU". But nooooo and now he
is thinking of DAing me. ://
Poppa Lode -- Hidden Doom will be here for a very long time. VERY LONG time. So
long as to make you think he may never leave. -- Papaiz
All -- I decided to NOT run Flimsy in the tourney, thus he will be running this turn.
Look out Splinter, someone wrote your name in the challenge box. You still avoiding
us? -- Papaiz
Leeta -- Leeta, Leeta, Leeta...sigh.... I am not trying to tell you how to run your
team. Anyone can "run" a team. What I am asking you to do is just manage them. Let
me explain something to you.
1) In my view, there are only two sides. Those that accept DC'ing and those that
don't. IF you do nothing to stop the person who is DC'ing you, (like simply filling
out the avoid section), to me that means you accept DC'ing. AND by you NOT filling
in that section, you made it easier for him to keep on DC'ing you, thus making it
harder for me to get my challenges through. Now can you see where the frustration is
coming from?
2) I enjoy you being here. Even though I don't write ads a lot, I enjoy reading
them. You make the arena a cheery place, except when I'm wasting money trying to
challenge someone (to make him pay for DC'ing me) only to have him DC you 6 times in
a row and you laugh about it.
3) You mentioned Andorian? OH YA!!! This is an Andorian arena where DC'ing is not
tolerated, but yet you do? Yes, I AM Andorian, but you remember this. Andorians
handled things differently. Some never DC. Some do to protect the Andorian way of
life. I never DC unless provoked, (even SoV can attest to that) and I'll tell you
right now. You are provoking me.
So which side are you on? Do you accept DC'ing here or don't you? Remember if
you don't, YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO TRY TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. And because I know
where you work, I'll expect your answer next turn. -- Papaiz
Blue Ringed One -- Well done, I almost had you. -- Splinter
Koribus -- Congrats on making it to our final fight. Best of luck. -- Splinter
Onyx -- Yaaaaawwwwwwnnnnnnnnnn........ -- Doomsday
Go-Fer -- Now that's no way to treat royalty. -- Sablon-O-Vlad
Blood Moon -- Drats! I guess that makes our managers even in that regard. --
Hammerfall
Lord Fang -- Well...I am a Delarq, so I guess the DCing shoe fits. -- Sablon-O-Vlad
Papaiz -- What?! Not gone yet? -- SOV
Papaiz, meet Leeta's backhand. Leeta's backhand, meet Papaiz......SMACK!!!! -- SOV
Splinter -- You were saying? -- Blue Ring Octopus, who actually did send in a
Duelmasters Column, but it seems to have been lost in the e-shuffle
Koribus -- Wow, you guys are making me look good. Keep up the fine work! --
Blackadder
Miss Priss -- Devilish? Are you referring to myself? I assure you my thoughts and
deeds are nothing but angelic! At least until you get to know me.... -- Blackadder
Birthday Girl -- So how did you like the birthday spanking? -- Lionfish, who is
perfectly aware of how lucky he is
Miss Priss -- I guess you got a little singed. -- Fire
Jaw Breaker -- I'll keep my jaws intact, thank you. -- Pink
Juicea -- I am amazed! -- Ruby
Leeta -- (picking myself up off the floor) Train more skills in Primus? Indeed this
is news to me! Am I now damaging my Primus warriors due to my dreadful lack of
knowledge? Woe! What else don't I know? -- Lord Fang
Blackadder -- (sigh) I never did like snakes. But you're good at what you do, I
have to say that. -- Koribus
Ghost of Queen Papaya -- I'm shocked. I didn't know it would be that easy to kill.
I mean, I thought it was hard! And they didn't even drop you, just banged you
against the wall on the way to the Infirmary. I feel really bad about it. Not as
bad as my teammate Poppa feels, but bad. I hope you have a good afterlife, or
reincarnation, or whatever is appropriate. -- Go-Fer
Fire -- Very clever, making use of the disorder when the crowd began to shout "fire."
Underhanded, I have no doubt, but clever. -- Miss Priss
Cassidy -- Wow, old team, old id number. Glad you survived the match. But you
probably need to replace your old armor with one of the new alloys. -- Bouncer
Vic -- A good try, son, but no see-gar. Better luck next time. -- Poppa Lode
Splinter -- (bowing) I practice teaching. -- Koribus
