                                      SPY REPORT

Like the magnificent Sun, rising upon the Dawn and exiling the Night for a Day,
I, Novgorodny Vir, return once again! The boys at GOLDEN CANYON left the arena
dejected, after being kicked out of the top spot by MEDAL OF HONOR VI. Good show!
Practice pays for SPECKLED GECKO, who pummelled LORIS KEY, to pocket 29 points. A
certain someone should cut down on the drinking and practice more, after losing 22
points to SPECKLED GECKO. (Discrete enough, LORIS KEY?) Those who hoped for a new
Duelmaster were disappointed by CLEMMIE, of GOLDEN CANYON, who despite a 21-21-1
couldn't overcome CALEAM's Number 1. So who was the warrior seen charging into
immovable walls and challenging dead trees? Someone's got a basic problem...
A Zenmaster once told me, 'Does not the spinning wheel turn? And do not the
little birds cry out?' Any ideas? If challenges were horses, KOMODO DRAGON could
open up a fast food joint!
Is there life after death? Pragmatics (and warriors) know there is death after
life! Oh hard! that to strike a flame, the match itself must needs be wasting!
Do not think spyreporting in CALEAM is the highlight of my life. As if buffeted
by forces of nature beyond my control, I must take my leave of this place. Can
anything compare to the pleasure of writing Spyreports for CALEAM? On that giddy
note I take my leave-- Novgorodny Vir

Arthur Beyer -- No, can't do it. That always upsets my stomach. You might not think
it, given what gets cooked at our place, but I have a delicate stomach. -- Loris Key
P.S. But I wonder...tonic water? What could I do with that...? Hmm.

The Noble Assassin. How disappointing. But then, all the interseting men seem to be
leaving or already gone. (heavy sigh) So I might as well go too. But probably not
to the Isle, I hear the cost of living there is very high, and you have to fight all
the time. Ardivent, yes, that's the place. I'll go to Ardivent and open a
restaurant. -- Golderie

The Virginal Concubine was drenched in olive oil. Very strange. Is she going to a
pagent in the guise of a salad, perhaps? I'm not getting this. -- Clemmie, sensing
the end of an era

Speckled Gecko -- You lab rats are persistent, aren't you? -- Pike
P.S. Wear a stronger sunscreen, you're getting freckles.

Guardian Naga -- It's all a plot to get us to change to YOUR insurance company, isn't
it? As if! -- Moldraun

Toreo Filis of Ti, Assassin in Good Standing -- I bet they all say that. -- Clemmie

M. Risoco Chardinee -- Hmm...intriguing. Come help me experiment with it? -- Loris

I have not been receiving my physical turns in a reliable manner lately. If there
are diplos with the turns that go missing, they're gone for good. So if you send me
a diplo and do not see an acknowledgement of receipt in the personals, know that I
have not gotten it (yet). If you have email, contact me at Livia AT reality DOT com.
If you don't have email, keep trying with the diplos. We are working on this
problem. -- the Scribe/Jorja/Leeta
P.S. If you email me, put "Re DM" on the subject line.
