Notes from the arena champ.
It's kind of hard to enjoy being Duelmistress when you lose one of your stablemates
on the same turn. Looks like Roadkill will be looking for a Miss Conduct 3...
personally I hate sequels but I'm not the one in charge.
Roadkill has been away for a couple months, looking to establish a couple more teams,
but his last message read as follows
"Miss Conduct II is dead? What a surprise...at least she died at the hands of an
honorable team. Make a token bloodfeud, and then let the matter drop. I've never
gotten an aimed blow to AD, so this comes as no surprise. She was a size 12,
strength 7...that somehow rolled-up with Great Damage with every blow, that was about
the only thing she really had going for her. The mourning period is over, plain and
simple, it's time to get back to business. I know Goldie was close to her, so if
she's still depressed, just have kill a Black Whine 'n Cry or slap Retard around for
a few minutes, that should perk her up a bit."
Well with that said, it looks like I'll be bloodfeuding Beleg to the title this turn.
In all honesty I doubt I'll be here next turn. You've already beat me pretty easily,
and while I can make a few adjustments, the chances of winning are not in my favor.

SPY REPORT
Greetings warriors! It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the
clash and bustle of the weekly LAPUR games. There were bitter words at BLACK
SAMURAI's guildhouse after a 0-2-0 showing this week which dropped the stable into
17th. Dark Arena anyone? Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the
corner! Witness how this week FORLORN went 3-2-1 to move up 6 in the rankings. My
praise to VENUSIANS for their 4-1-0 week this time out. Indeed, it was a skillfully
fought round deserving of notice! FYRE RAYNES caught the eye of many in the
gladiatorial commission as he skillfully bested RE' ANUBIS and was awarded 17 points
in recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, LANCE put down SPARKLE
FARKLE, causing her to lose 15 points of recognition in the process. As is fitting,
the most sought after warrior on the challenge boards this week was none other than
Duelmaster YOUR MAMA herself. Unwilling to wait upon the will of others, Duelmaster
YOUR MAMA Bloodfeuded BELEG last week in a match to decide the fate of the throne.
This time victory fell to the grasp of the usurper. All hail BELEG, Duelmaster of
LAPUR! Would you believe that over half of the old women in LAPUR seem to feel that
they could fight better than you gladiators?
But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades
that is city LAPUR. I saw one fighter that warriors avoided when this week's
challenge seeking began. STREET WALKERS is feared. This much I can say. Methinks
more than a few here could name the guild it was that spent the better part of last
week avoiding STREET WALKERS. Indeed it was BLACK SAMURAI. I cannot but express
pride for the fearlessness of CAMULUS who cast caution to the winds and challenged
TYE FOON, a fighter 27 points higher. 1 points of newly earned recognition and a
dose of my admiration is what CAMULUS must now weigh against the defeat which
resulted. A match that raised a few eyebrows at the games this week, it seems that
KYOKO posted a challenge against the more highly recognized WHIRLWIND. The results,
you ask? Well, the firebrand KYOKO subdued WHIRLWIND. Remember warriors, this is
the discipline of steel.
Is not Death a warrior's foremost adviser? Warriors, may this counselor stand
ready at your right hand forever! My condolences to RE'S DYNASTY for their loss of a
very promising warrior, RE' AMEMAIT. RE' AMEMAIT went to doom before the arms of
FORTE, a warrior of FORLORN. Fate is a fickle mistress. She showers the miserable
with fortune but sets enemies against the victorious. Remember this!
The girls are as pretty in LAPUR as ever I remembered them....and the fighters
as ugly! Don't let your reputation slip! Ahh, but I can hear the spires of a far
off city calling to me. I must away! Till we meet again, remember: a turtle walks
