Notes from the arena champ.
Yep, I am here again. To be expected? Well, I AM the best putter in Iaye. I
can whack it with the best of them, too. My real goal in life was to play on the USA
Ryder Cup Team, but I simply don't have the resume. But I can be a great Duelmaster
for Iaye. I can.
The boss has been ignoring us of late, (Hence the nice 4-1 turn. "Big
chuckle.") because he has devoted massive time to watching the Olympics. All of it.
His daughter called him the other day and she said, "They just don't understand us,
do they, Dad? We want to see it all!" (Apparently her new husband was complaining.
I don't know what is wrong with him--he can just go out and play more golf!)
Well, things are looking pretty good for an NPC match up, since my teammates are
clogging the ranks below me. Way to go, guys! And, thanks. We shall see. Only
three more fights to live through, and I will attain LP status. I cannot wait! All
I can say to myself is "Stay alive, Big Guy." You betcha!

SPY REPORT
Hail IAYE! Warriors of the arena, prepare to be praised and blamed for your
deeds. It seems the training can make the difference, as LENPROS is pushed out of
top team by WRATHMEN, who came from 2nd with a 3-1-0 this turn. The ALL JACKED UP
guild has had a 4-1-1 turn and deserves to be watched in the future. You never know
where this kind of thing can lead. And let's see, SPECKLE fought SENATOR SMITH and
gained 33 points and contributed to RED DOG GANG's 2-2-0. ARCHBISHOP ARNDT has lost
to KAIJHEK, falling 18 points, while helping make LENPROS a 3-2-0 turn. Defending
his title for another turn, PROFESSOR PUTT kept DELTA BLUES' warrior, BLIND LEMON,
from claiming the throne. Can someone confirm a rumor for me? I hear the top team
makes their losing fighters do dishes at The Dragon's Blood Inn until they win.
Maybe?
The crowd's roar, the smell of iron and leather, mixed with sweat, what more
could a warrior ask of life? Well, besides that. DELTA BLUES has cause to stand
tall, as they were IAYE's most avoided team. A smart manager knows this is a team to
beat. And guess who avoided DELTA BLUES stable the most? Believe it or not, it was
LENPROS. Anyone surprised? The most challenged warrior this turn was WRATHMEN's
warrior KAIJHEK. More fighters challenged him than challenged the Duelmaster!
We only live a short time in this world, so why not take a sharp blade, and
shave it close? HER BEST ASSETS made what looks to be a tough decision this turn, as
they sent SULTRY WALK, with a record of 11-8-1, to SULTRY WALK death. Farewell,
hers. The grave that ALL JACKED UP had dug for JACK LEG 14 may yet be filled with
the body of DARK CHAMPION. Seldom are the likes of this to be seen. JACK LEG 14
lives still! We'd like to remind certain teams not to rob the graves of their
enemies. You know who you are; and it's considered rude.
I like this place, IAYE, the taverns have old wine, and young serving girls.
