Will you shut up Roland! I said I would get you a nice juicy one after the
Dark Arena fights. I know how you like the ones who fought the Shewish Giant, nice
and tender.
Sorry folks, Rotting Roland isn't much of a conversationalist. He's only got
one thought in his head most of the time, and that is how to get the stuff out of
other people's heads.
Archie the Arch-Lich here, sorry I have not been around much, but after I raised
The Walking Dead team for Deep Thought I had to head home to protect my lair for a
while. Can you believe that a party of 3rd level Paladins and Clerics tried to raid
my home? All because the local townspeople were up in arms about their young girls
were coming up missing. They get all bent out of shape over a few virgins being
drained of their life force... people are just the worst. You should have seen those
low-level clerics trying to "turn" me... it was hilarious. The were clutching their
religious symbols and praying to their little gods. Their heads look terrific on the
spikes of my front gate... it's very feng shui.
I am back now and I'll be managing this group of delightfully disgusting undead
warriors.

Give me a minute Roland... oh look, a rat is absconding with your thumb... how
are you going to hold a weapon without an opposable thumb?

turn, hopefully he gets the same resut as his last fight with the Secret Squirrel.

SPY REPORT
So why do I have this bag over my head? Because I am The Unknown Spymaster and
I'm going to give you a spy report!. A stormcloud is brewing over the SEGUE CARTEL
guildhouse. Rumor says any more weeks like this ones 0-0-0 may send the team to the
Dark Arena. Coming up with a solid 3-2-0 outing, LOST LEGENDS has advanced 6 places
in the rankings. It looks like the guys(?) at CALL THE PRIEST had a good week as
they went 3-1-0 to put them in 8th place. I guess steroids help! Hey everybody,
watch out for DISTORTION, who flew up 25 points in the rankings after mashing
DEVASTATION like a melon. Keep your eye on this gal. And falling like a basher in
the top ten was SOPHIE D'LUNE, who dropped 18 points after a disappointing (to say
the least) bout with A TOUCH OF EVIL. Unlike most arenas, ROTTING ROLAND managed to
get his challenge off against the 12-17-0 UNDERCOVER LILY. Well, everybody's pal
ROTTING ROLAND moved his record to 16-4-0 by defeating UNDERCOVER LILY in the
Duelmaster's Title Bout and gaining 9 recognition points. Can you believe they are
paying me 10 gold to deliver this stuff?
Here is other news that is of note. Did you hear that SECRET SQUIRRELS was most
avoided team this week? Well, knowing the personal hygiene of SECRET SQUIRRELS'
warriors, I'm not surprised! And you guys like to boo me? Well, unsling your
rasberries, cause COLLEGE RADIO beats feet every time SECRET SQUIRRELS smiles at
them. Try farming, eh? Well dang howdy, but if challenges were votes, UNDERCOVER
LILY would be president. Although it may be a contest she doesn't want to win.
Well, it looks like SAMPSON wasn't happy with last turn's rank, so he went for broke
by challenging up 30 points. No guts, no glory. Trading many whacks on the head and
a loss for 5 recognition points, SAMPSON shows that a guy doesn't have to be good to
get places.
Being a spy is great--other people die and you spend the rest of the day
drinking to their memory. Better tanked than dead! For those of you who missed it,
Death showed up, grabbed D.A. CUSER by the ear and took him away to a place where he
won't need a coat. This round goes to DEATH BY DESIGN, their 14-9-2 warrior,
DISTORTION slew the 8-1-0 DEVASTATION. Stay tuned next week to see what happens. On
a sad note, D.A. CUSER found an early retirement at the hands of KIRK HAMMETT this
week. I wonder what DEVIL ADVOCATES will be doing about it? Congrats to KIRK
HAMMETT for revenging the death of his teammate (but more importantly, feeding D.A.
CUSER a bit of dirt). Knowing when to use the right tactics at the proper time is a
very important step on the road to Duelmaster.
Well, that wasn't too bad; Alarond told me that the people in ARVAT have no
sense of humor. Or maybe that they were senseless. Well, there goes another Spy
