SPY REPORT
Much has changed in ARVAT since last I was here. Never fear, Olaf Modeen adapts
to many situations, as do all successful fighters. Hmmmph! I always thought ERRATA
was an over-rated team and they proved it with a 0-5-0! Up 'n down. Up 'n down.
Rankings always change. Up 'n down. I think I'm gonna be... Well, SECRET
SQUIRRELS' 2nd moved them up to 5-0-0 place. What's with ZOMBIE? He actually beat
GASTROPUB's LAGER, and walked away with 23 more points from the fight. Laughs were
big at GASTROPUB while they watched THE WHIT clobber PERDITION. He lost 12 points
and got bruised from objects thrown from the stands. Another fighter (ITEM 14-8-0)
challenged another Duelmaster (NOT FOR HIRE 24-14-0). Life goes on. Try as it
might, ITEM wasn't good enough at persuading NOT FOR HIRE to step down from the
Duelmaster's throne... Advice to fighters with a 1 will--give up fighting!
If at first you don't succeed, avoid. That'll get you in the Spyreports. How
well I know the feeling of being in the most avoided team! Don't fall out of
practive, SECRET SQUIRRELS! Management must be dealin', as the boys at DEVIL
ADVOCATES ain't reelin'! SECRET SQUIRRELS' mad! How well I know the feeling of
being the most challenged warrior, NYDMOR WYNZE! Don't make idle boasts, they may
come back to haunt you. Maybe STRAGETY, DAMMIT!'s LITTLE DRAGON is one of those guys
who likes pain, or something. That's what he'll get next week, after challenging up
28 to NYDMOR WYNZE. LITTLE DRAGON did pretty good last week in beating NYDMOR WYNZE
to get 26 points. Why did NYDMOR WYNZE lose, you ask? Simple: he wasn't good
enough. I hate going to the effort of writing about the kind of fights that DEVLIN
DE TALIS gets in. He fights people like COFFEE, 12 points below. I thought DEVLIN
DE TALIS showed great skill and promise when he defeated COFFEE. All right, so I
slept through it! Big deal!
A fighter's lot is filled with strife, revenge, and killing. Some fighters
don't accept this. The best do. FLATULENCE looked pretty sick and surprised when he
learned OLD GEEZERS is sending him to the Dark Arena! Whadd'he expect with a 5-6-0?
Many a warrior has met his fate in a hungover stupor. You young rapscallions, take
note!
