SPY REPORT
Greetings warriors! It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the
clash and bustle of the weekly ARVAT games. Former top team DEVIL ADVOCATES was
unseated this week as YOUNG STUDS moved up from 3rd ranking to take the top spot with
a 3-2-0 record for the round. There were bitter words at SECRET SQUIRRELS'
guildhouse after a 1-4-0 showing this week which dropped the stable into 6th. Dark
Arena anyone? Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the corner! Witness
how this week B.I.G. went 3-1-1 to move up 6 in the rankings. My praise to THE
WALKING DEAD for their 5-0-1 week this time out. Indeed, it was a skillfully fought
round deserving of notice! WHEELCHAIR caught the eye of many in the gladiatorial
commission as she skillfully bested DR. KLORD and was awarded 20 points in
recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, BLOATED BARBARA put down
CHICKEN SKIN, causing him to lose 18 points of recognition in the process. This time
victory fell to the grasp of the usurper. All hail GROUND CHUCK, Duelmaster of
ARVAT! No confirmation, but my sources claim that the top team has gained their
position using magical aids. Charmed weapons perhaps?
I have been in deep conclave with my spies who watched all that has recently
transpired. Indeed there is much I would report. I saw one fighter that warriors
avoided when this week's challenge seeking began. DEVIL ADVOCATES is feared. This
much I can say. If you didn't look down dark alleys you'd have been hard pressed to
find any of ANGELS OF PAIN last week. Busy avoiding DEVIL ADVOCATES? Loose talk at
the arena has reached my ears and it but confirms the knowledge that many fighters
are after HOLD. Watch your back! I cannot but express pride for the fearlessness of
AQUARIUM HEAD HERB who cast caution to the winds and challenged VENEER, a fighter 30
points higher. I must admit to some joy. Before my very eyes the underdog in this
contest, AQUARIUM HEAD HERB, defeated VENEER to claim victory and recognition.
What warrior does not hone his years, impatiently waiting for the moment of his
foe's mortality? Look no more for A. POLLY YONN in the arena or on the streets of
ARVAT. Hers fate was sealed in the Dark Arena. Inevitable for one at 9-7-0. BRAINS
has sworn to take up religion upon living to tell of his recent bout with the Dark
Arena horrors. A rare thing indeed! Dark alleys may hide both secrets and
assassins. In the arena there is only the brightness of steel. Keep vigil always!
The girls are as pretty in ARVAT as ever I remembered them....and the fighters
as ugly! Don't let your reputation slip! More than a sharp eye must I keep, indeed
a stout pair of legs must I keep as well! The endless paths of Alastari await me!
