SPY REPORT
Greetings, warriors of NIATOLI ISLAND! Once again I've been called out of
retirement for my abilities and insights into Spyreporting. Woof! HALCYON DAZE were
a bunch of dogs after SACKETT'S & CO. got through with 'em! 1st ain't so sweet as
2nd! Hmmmph! I always thought PHILANTHROPISTS was an over-rated team and they
proved it with a 1-1-0! Ya gotta be quick on yer feet! Keep your elbow off the
table! Thrust! Block out the pain! SACKETT'S & CO. is now ranked 2nd with a 2-1-0
turn. THE SEWING CIRCLE showed NIATOLI ISLAND what they were made of as they fought
with a vengeance to walk off with 3-1-0. What's with SADDLE SORE? He actually beat
THE SEWING CIRCLE's RINTIRISSE, and walked away with 21 more points from the fight.
Major screwup at SACKETT'S & CO.. LONIGAN lost 12 points to SCREWFACE. Some new
strategies, perhaps? Maybe LONIGAN will provide more easy wins... Apparently
NIATOLI ISLAND isn't filled with as many gutless wonders as I thought. The Dreaded
Duelmaster got 2 challenges this turn! SACKETT'S & CO.'s hatred of DARK TOADS II
surfaced again as KID RODELO challenged NIATOLI ISLAND's top dog. I'm sure NIATOLI
ISLAND is excited about KID RODELO, the new Duelmaster from SACKETT'S & CO..
(remember?) But when you've seen as many as I have... I suppose you want to hear
some rumors and dirty gossip about your fellow fighters? Tough!
Speaking of cowardly avoiders and unfair challenges... The most avoided team
was HALCYON DAZE. The bums at SACKETT'S & CO. couldn't face the challenges from
HALCYON DAZE! No excuse for that!
There have been some calls to lengthen the time limit. Do you want the fighters
to walk away, or not? HIMALAYAN HELLION's family knows what's wot, after seeing the
response from ARENA FELINES! Is it my imagination, or are fighters getting younger
every day? To die so young, so gloriously!
Who knows what the future holds for a warrior. More fights, there's no doubt.

Hammer -- Sure would like to see you and your buddies get back in here and have some
fun. Never did get into the tourney stuff much but this sure is a fun arena to run
in. I keep popping in and out waiting to see you come back and bring dignity back to
this fine Island, even if I did kill off a couple of your really good warriors. My
eyes watch everywhere, you were getting out of line with your kill ratio and it was
obvious someone needed to slow you down a tad, 4 kills for a LU even in a Free Blade
arena was quite a bit you must admit for the number of fights he had. Your ST with
less fights than that had three kills at the point with which he met his demise. I
just try and keep a balance, even good people let killing get to them, I just try and
bring them back down to a fair level and let them feel some of the others' pain. --

then so be it, I don't like it but I like the lack of participants even worse.

A few notes about e-mailed personals:
You may submit personal ads, columns, spotlights, etc. electronically, either via e-
mail to ads at reality dot com (which doesn't need any more spam, thank you) or on
the web at http://www.reality.com/duel2/modules.php?name=Ads. When you submit
something, you should get back a receipt from HAL at RSI. If you do NOT get a
receipt, your ads may have gone astray (not all e-mail makes it to its destination
any more than all snail mail does). If you DO get a receipt, it should, in the body
of the message, tell you what arena your stuff was filed in. Check your receipt to
make sure your submission made it to the intended destination. Also check to see
that everything you sent made it to the same place. Sometimes HAL, who is rather
simple-minded in some ways, will send half your stuff to another arena if the name
or number of that arena shows up at the beginning of a line. So if the word Ti
appears at the beginning of a line halfway through your ads, all the ads after that
may end up in Ti, which is closed and doesn't need ads. As a side note, sometimes
things move slowly, so don't wait until the last minute to send your ads and all.
If they get held up along the way, they may not show up until next turn. Happy
