Yes, well, I suppose the Khalhums Dwarf as an opponent means I'm coming up in
the world of dueling. Not that it's so gosh-awful wonderful. I beat him, but we
both decreased in popularity. The fans want to see REAL dueling for the title.

You elder fighters surely remember me. The younger ones may call me Olaf
Modeen. I return to NIATOLI ISLAND once again! Bein' on top is great while it
lasts, THE SEWING CIRCLE. But how many friends do you have now? Up 'n down. Up 'n
down. Rankings always change. Up 'n down. I think I'm gonna be... Well, B.B.
CONSTRUCTION's 6th moved them up to 1-1-0 place. DEATH PENALTY showed NIATOLI ISLAND
what they were made of as they fought with a vengeance to walk off with 3-0-1.
What's with OVERBUDGET? He actually beat BOOKSHELF's SHIELDS OF LIES, and walked
away with 19 more points from the fight. Major screwup at THERAPY SESSIONS.
PARANOIA lost 9 points to CARROT TOP. Some new strategies, perhaps? Maybe PARANOIA
will provide more easy wins... I can barely restrain my enthusiam for VEGGIES'
outstanding member, Duelmaster PEA POD. Wouldn't it be nice to have live subjects to
practice on? I hear some team is looking into the uses of convicted prisoners.
If at first you don't succeed, avoid. That'll get you in the Spyreports. What
do people see in RINTIRISSE? Hers 5-17-0? THE SEWING CIRCLE ain't talkin', but
she's got 33 points.
A fighter's lot is filled with strife, revenge, and killing. Some fighters
don't accept this. The best do. I like to see warriors put young whippersnappers in
their place. I guess you could say DEATH PENALTY'SNIPER did just that. Right
THERAPY SESSIONS? How long have I been here? I got people to see, places to go...
Well, I'm pretty much through. You guys need to get back practicing. All work

To those involved, no, I have not abandoned your stories. But I've been letting them
drift, and that has to stop, so I am taking the time to make sure that I know where
they are going, more than just "what happens next" dreamed up on the fly, before
resuming work on them. No new stories will be started until at least one of the old
ones has concluded, for the same reason: quantity can't substitute for quality.
