Notes from the arena champ.
First I have to thank Vanilla for taking one for the team. Runna and I were tired of
getting handed our hats by Rumaki. Freakish is definitely the right word to desribe
that guy. Came back from the dead with a real attitude, and wouldn't talk to anyone
except for those litle comments while he was kicking your tail. Not that I want a
team to leave the arena but it was definitely time for that guy to go. Good luck on
the Isle. Represent ole Cliffhome well.
Looks like I'll be fighting a stand-in this turn, unless they change the rules and
Vanilla and I can duke it out. Since there are so few of us, drunks are on me!

Good day, in CLIFFHOME a quiet thief gets rich, but a quiet spymaster gets poor.
So bring me ale and harken to my tidbits of news. And let's see, LUM BUSBY fought
CAPTURED ORC and gained 13 points and contributed to JINDA-BAN's 1-4-0. WHEELIE JUNE
has lost to DANGEROUS CRIMINAL, falling 13 points, while helping make JINDA-BAN a
1-4-0 turn. Defending his title for another turn, AVERAGE JOE kept JINDA-BAN's
warrior, REDD CORVAIT, from claiming the throne. By the way, was that our Duelmaster
that I saw last night, cramped under the table at The Choking Ogre?
He who challenges well, fights well. He who avoids without cause, shall lose
for good reasons. My mama told me that one. In a brave attempt, TORCHLIGHT KID from
U.A.K. challenged up 23 points to fight BENT FENDER from the JINDA-BAN stable.
TORCHLIGHT KID perhaps got his just desserts, seeing as he beat BENT FENDER and ended
up with 78 recognition points.
We only live a short time in this world, so why not take a sharp blade, and
shave it close? Is it really true that CLIFFHOME has more dishwashers per capita
