Well, lord love a duck, isn't it fancy to have a duck back here. To be honest, the
boss read my fight last turn, and his first reaction was, why is Peking Duck
challenging down so far in recognition. But when he got to the newsletter, he
realized it was for the throne, so all is just ducky now. Hope to see you all again

Good day, in XOCHITHLAN a quiet thief gets rich, but a quiet spymaster gets
poor. So bring me ale and harken to my tidbits of news. And let's see, LOUD TOYS
fought PARRY-SLICE and gained 17 points and contributed to BASH BROS BABY's 2-2-0.
PARRY-SLICE has lost to LOUD TOYS, falling 12 points, while helping make
ANYWAYUSLICEIT a 1-3-1 turn. Defending his title for another turn, PEKING DUCK kept
UNHOLY AVENGERS' warrior, FRED, from claiming the throne. Can someone confirm a
rumor for me? I hear the top team makes their losing fighters do dishes at The
Dripping Blade until they win. Maybe?
I tell you, a green quarterstaff lasts longer than a seasoned sapling. A basher
friend of mine assures me this is true. I also notice that the ANYWAYUSLICEIT stable
was the most avoided team this turn. Come on XOCHITHLAN, what are you afraid of?
And avoiding ANYWAYUSLICEIT more than any other team we find BASH BROS BABY.
XOCHITHLAN, are we going to accept, or respect this sort of thing? The most
challenged warrior this turn was DUCKS UNLIMITED's warrior SCROOGE MCDUCK. More
fighters challenged him than challenged the Duelmaster! WICKED SLICE from
ANYWAYUSLICEIT took a risk this turn by bravely challenging up 29 points in a
challenge against SCROOGE MCDUCK. Even though WICKED SLICE lost the fight, she at
least came away with a gain of 85 points for challenging on of DUCKS UNLIMITED. In a
brave attempt, PLUTO from NEW ORIGINALS challenged up 19 points to fight SUPERSLICE
from the ANYWAYUSLICEIT stable. PLUTO perhaps got his just desserts, seeing as he
won victory over SUPERSLICE and ended up with 17 recognition points.
We only live a short time in this world, so why not take a sharp blade, and
shave it close? We'd like to remind certain teams not to rob the graves of their
enemies. You know who you are; and it's considered rude.
I like this place, XOCHITHLAN, the taverns have old wine, and young serving
