SPY REPORT
Hail KATI-TEI! Warriors of the arena, prepare to be praised and blamed for your
deeds. And let's see, TORE NAYDO fought N'KAI and gained 20 points and contributed
to THE STORM FRONT's 3-1-0. N'KAI has lost to TORE NAYDO, falling 11 points, while
helping make THE PLAGUE a 1-3-0 turn. Defending hers title for another turn,
SKITZOID SNOOPY kept THE PLAGUE's warrior, THE WAIT, from claiming the throne. Can
someone confirm a rumor for me? I hear the top team makes their losing fighters do
dishes at The Dripping Blade until they win. Maybe?
The crowd's roar, the smell of iron and leather, mixed with sweat, what more
could a warrior ask of life? Well, besides that. THE PLAGUE has cause to stand
tall, as they were KATI-TEI's most avoided team. A smart manager knows this is a
team to beat. And avoiding THE PLAGUE more than any other team we find DA DOG
POWNDAZ. KATI-TEI, are we going to accept, or respect this sort of thing? The most
challenged warrior this turn was THE STORM FRONT's warrior EL NINO. More fighters
challenged him than challenged the Duelmaster!
The Dark Arena is for those who cannot win, not who cannot lose with grace.
Dignity in life or death is the warrior's creed. Congratulations go out to THE STORM
FRONT, with MOHNSOON MAYHEM revenging a bloodfeud against FIREHYDRANT DEFILER of DA
DOG POWNDAZ. Is it really true that KATI-TEI has more dishwashers per capita that
fighters? Just thought I'd ask...
Thought for the day, a new sword shines bright, but the notched sword sings the
sweetest. Well, I'm burning daylight here in KATI-TEI and I've a long road ahead of
me. Happy Trails. Until you see my quill in KATI-TEI again, farewell-- Alarond the

Skitzoid Snoopy (Shlittlez Measly? Hemorroidz Droopy?)... -- I am thinking about a
champions run in the fall. So at FE = 26, PP = 16... I do not want the DM (yet) or
the PPs it brings, so We will see what happens. I will be dialing up your number in
future. -- Angel of Arkham
P.S. The Wait is a looser. Not interested in an all AB matchup scenario. He will
be around this turn as we have some PL and SL as possibles.
Fang -- Surprise... -- N'Kai
Syklone Sequel -- Interesting fight, you are better than your record would indicate.
-- Angel Of Arkham
Requiem -- You've been beaten with a -- Red Tentacle
Marlin Reeve -- Shocking, isn't it... -- Ubba-Sathla
Everyone -- We have to stop giving up cheap wins to Marma. His head is going to get
stuck in the arena door.... Maybe if we butter up the sides of his head... -- Reaper
Mohnsoon Mayhem -- There you go... I knew that first fight was a fluke!
Devastated... now that\'s a good word! -- Skitzoid Snoopy
Grimm Lurcher -- Your prospects were grim the moment you saw me standing there my
friend. -- Lucky Dawg
Kohoutek -- I might be man's best friend, but you might be mine! -- Old Yeller
Doomed -- A name has never been more fitting. -- Devil Dog
Ghost of Sue Nami -- Apologies for the kill.... I see cloudy skies in my future. --
Firehydrant Defiler
El Nino -- Listen, can you DO anything about this hot/humid front that's hanging over
us? We're all wandering around the house feeling like steamed cabbages. -- Balin
Chane
P.S. Maybe cauliflowers.
Ubba-Sathla -- I never did care for squid, you know. I figured to leave eating squid
to the whales. So lay OFF me, okay? -- Marlin Reeve
Old Yeller -- What a voice! My head's going to ache for a week. -- Kohoutek
P.S. Although it might have been the peach thrown by a fan. It had a stone in it.
Lucky Dawg -- Seems like. -- Grimm Lurcher
Sunbane -- And your point is? I mean, sun isn't everything. Well, if you're a
plant, it's a lot, but still. -- Samara
El Nino -- Re a storm coming fast and strong, bring it on. We're on high ground at
our place, don't have to worry about flooding, and maybe a storm will clear the air.
-- Grimm Lurcher
Skitzoid Snoopy -- Well, at least this time you weren't so stingy on the skills! --
Mohnsoon Mayhem
Balin Chane -- That was fun! Now, that's what I call "Ballin'!" Hehehe. -- El Nino
Angel of Arkham -- I actually did better than I thought I would against you! Now
it's your turn to take on the top dog. -- Syklone Sequel
Firehydrant Defiler -- I knew I couldn't trust a dog that would pass up a perfectly
good tree or bush! I will be avenged! -- Ghost of Sue Nami

Please note that all new teams created at the Face-to-Face were temporarily placed in
a temporary Tournament Arena, DM 85. If you requested that your team be placed in a

WINTER FACE-TO-FACE IN SUNNY ARIZONA!
Our next winter FTF will be held in Tempe, Arizona, January 14-16, 2011. It will be
held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Tempe, Arizona (480-894-7444), the same hotel as
last year by popular request. Room rates are $129.00 per night, 1-2 occupancy, which
includes full cooked breakfast, complimentary manager's reception (yes, really!), free
airport shuttle, free parking and free high speed internet. There's a fitness center,
jacuzzi, and pool. The rooms are blocked--please make your reservation by December 22
before the block is released! (This is prime season for Phoenix, and people have been
unable to book rooms because they waited too long.) Look for the tournament info
sheet and minioverviews some time in December. We hope you're all looking forward to
it and that we will see you there!
