If you were disturbed from your beauty rest only to have to watch a bunch of
KATI-TEI brutes like you, you'd be grouchy, too. Later days, TOWER OF SNAKES, since
WEIRD STUDENTS took top team from you this turn, you guys are old news. Of course,
we're all terribly impressed to see BAKER'S DOZEN win a fight and gain 18 points,
terribly. Tsk, tsk, BAKER'S DOZEN beat HOFFA and HOFFA lost 15 points. You're
breakin' my heart. Due to absence, and inability to defend the throne, VENOM DECAY
has lost the Title of Duelmaster. Start setting that alarm earlier! And it's out
with the old, in with the new, as HOFFA takes the Title and last week's bar tab from
the old Duelmaster. Heh, heh. The Swinging Aardvark, humph! I've tasted better ale
at mortuaries. Where do they get this stuff? From KATI-TEI's trash dumps?
My mother always told me, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, start
talking.' I loved that woman. KATI-TEI, I am losing what little hope I had in you.
LAZY SUNDAY the most avoided team? What insult will suffice, I cannot say. And who
led the way in this mass act of cowardice? Let's see, well, whatcha know? It was
CALL ME JIMMY. Ha ha ha ha! MATTHEW PERRY was challenged more times this turn than
the Duelmaster. Now was the DM insulted or feared? Heh, heh. SLITHER was
challenged by one of CALL ME JIMMY's warriors this turn, with HOFFA having a lead of
16 points going into the fight. Question now is, will KATI-TEI accept this sort of
tacky behavior? HOFFA beating SLITHER. The insult, the....yech!
Ah, now we come to my favorite part, where we see all the guys who are dead and
gone, and get to see if their team cared. Consider KANDIA gone, and UNHALLOWED
unfeeling, letting the bloodfeud for hers death go unrevenged. Not that I'll be
buying the drinks, but I'll be glad to see LORD BANE and LAW OF TWO'S at The Swinging
Aardvark tonight celebrating their bloodfeud victory over MATTHEW PERRY. Honor is
like a chainmail shirt, it only shines through use. Certain nameless cowards will
doubtless rebuke me on this one.
I was about to buy a new quill pen the other day, but some fighter took it for
an epee. Forgive me for writing with a dagger. Phlllt! Just had to do that before
I leave the fine city of KATI-TEI. I feel much better now. Glad to see the back of
