Well, what are you looking at, RODEKI? Ain't you never seen Snide Clemens
before? Ah, shaddup and listen to my news. I can just hear all the boasts coming in
ALLIED FORCES' next personal ads. Their first turn they went 5-0-0. Of course,
we're all terribly impressed to see SEA LAWYER win a fight and gain 15 points,
terribly. And if variety is the spice of life, RODEKI may be getting bland, as
CORRUPT TURNKEY stays top dog in the city. The Warty Toad, humph! I've tasted
better ale at mortuaries. Where do they get this stuff? From RODEKI's trash dumps?
My mother always told me, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, start
talking.' I loved that woman. Ooh, I'm frightfully impressed, FAROMAN was this
turn's most challenged warrior. Watch that ego swell, sports fans. ROCKHOG JR was
challenged by one of COLOR ME SUAVE's warriors this turn, with ALMOST PRETTY having a
lead of 16 points going into the fight. And golly gee, ALMOST PRETTY subdued ROCKHOG
JR. Aren't we all surprised and impressed? And we have BIG DISAPPOINTMENT in a
challenge, going down 8 points for the fight. Guess what? I thought BIG
DISAPPOINTMENT showed great skill and promise when he won victory over FAROMAN. All
right, so I slept through it! Big deal!
Some people like volunteer work in the hospitals. I volunteer for RODEKI's
morgue. More variety. COLOR ME SUAVE has cause to pause today, as THE HYPHEN-DASH
was sent to the Dark Arena, and came back--though not in the best of moods, I'll
wager. Titanium shields and bamboo daggers, guess what brave team is developing
these kinds of weapons?
There's got to be a better place in RODEKI to get a drink than The Warty Toad!
