SPY REPORT
Greetings warriors! It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the
clash and bustle of the weekly ARDIVENT games. RUY LOPEZ caught the eye of many in
the gladiatorial commission as he skillfully bested INQUISITOR and was awarded 23
points in recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, PRETTY PRANKSTER put
down MAXWELL CHARLES, causing him to lose 8 points of recognition in the process.
The city has turned out in honor of HEADSMAN, for with his arena victory he may now
lay claim to the highest position in the city! Informants "close" to the city
champion have told me that he never fights without pantyhose on beneath his armor.
Watch out!
I have been in deep conclave with my spies who watched all that has recently
transpired. Indeed there is much I would report. I saw one fighter that warriors
avoided when this week's challenge seeking began. WE GOT GAME is feared. This much
I can say. Apparently the stalwarts of FANDILS are catching the bulk of jests down
at the challenging board for their large share of the avoids.
What warrior does not hone his years, impatiently waiting for the moment of his
foe's mortality? The warrior's path is harsh. For mediocrity there is but one
reward--death. This past week INQUISITOR, at 11-8-0, departed ARDIVENT forever.
Fate is a fickle mistress. She showers the miserable with fortune but sets enemies
against the victorious. Remember this!
If it were not for my skills as a spy I would have been mugged three times

At long last, we are finally having a summer FTF in New Orleans! It will be held on
July 15-17, 2016, at the beautiful Hilton New Orleans/St. Charles Avenue in downtown
New Orleans (504-378-2800). Room rates are $145.00 per night, 1-2 occupancy, which
includes free high speed internet. There's a fitness center, jacuzzi, indoor pool,
and business center, as well as several resturants inside the hotel. Valet parking is
