HABITS took top team from you this turn, you guys are old news. With any luck, I can
sneak into The Warty Toad and join DARK PINNACLE's celebration over their good record
this turn. 10th place, not bad. If The Warty Toad is buying drinks for ROYAL
FLUSH's good turn, I'm afraid the place will be dry before long. A 4-1-1 makes for a
big thirst. Look out below! ALL SWAMP HAMMERZ is on the way down, falling to 30th
from 17th with a 1-2-0! Ha ha ha ha! Now let's all watch OLD HABITS' heads swell
from their 4-1-2 this turn. Haa ha ha ha! Big shots, big talk, big deal. Of
course, we're all terribly impressed to see MORWHEN win a fight and gain 25 points,
terribly. Tsk, tsk, RED DRAGON beat CAESAR and CAESAR lost 14 points. You're
breakin' my heart. Going for broke or broken, our Duelmaster WHITE SETTLER
challenged this turn. And it's out with the old, in with the new, as WHITE SETTLER
takes the Title and last week's bar tab from the old Duelmaster. Heh, heh. The

this turn. What a pack of would be losers, if you ask me. Hmph. ZOMBIE ASSASSIN
was challenged more times this turn than the Duelmaster. Now was the DM insulted or
feared? Heh, heh. Now look at this. CYRUS THE GREAT challenged down 16 against
LAND OF OZ's HUMBUG. What a weasel! CYRUS THE GREAT was beat by HUMBUG! Ok, CYRUS
THE GREAT want to fight my grandmother next turn? Huh? I notice LOWELL challenging
down 21 points to fight MEDEE, SECOND BANANAS doubtless has some rotten excuse for
such an insult to honor. And golly gee, LOWELL subdued MEDEE. Aren't we all
surprised and impressed? I guess I can give a little credit to GALIUS of KNIGHTS
TEMPLAR for challenging up by 25 to CRYPT ANGEL. GALIUS lost to get 6 points of
recognition.
Ah, now we come to my favorite part, where we see all the guys who are dead and
gone, and get to see if their team cared. I could say I saw this coming, but so
could anyone else. Anyway, this turn it came. HALLE BEARY's 7-14-1 has earned her
the Dark Arena. And what a stunning loss we have here, boys and girls, AHURA MAZDA
of KNIGHTS TEMPLAR has added the final loss to his 13-14-1. Tee hee! Bye bye,
warrior, bye bye... WOW, a glorious 5-6-1 fighter, has passed away. Gee, too bad
PALINDROMES. And what a stunning loss we have here, boys and girls, MARCH of
MINSTRELS has added the final loss to his 7-7-0. Tee hee! Not that I'll be buying
the drinks, but I'll be glad to see PAUL BEARER and THE BEAR'S PAW at The Warty Toad
tonight celebrating their bloodfeud victory over FESTUS. A big yahoo goes out to

that I am pulling out. Do not think you have heard the last of this demon though.
I, along with others, are fighting this, so hopefully I will get the things you sent
and will be able to respond.
For all that have helped me along the way, thank you. I got plenty of good
advice from a lot of great managers. Some I even met in person, though we weren't
always on the same side. (grin)
I take the criticism in stride. Don't dish it out if you can't take it. Plus
it helps with new comebacks. Even though once in a great while I will have to ponder
on my response, it is usually worth it.
So in this respect I say farewell, but I shall be back. I will let my presence

A few notes about e-mailed personals:
You may submit personal ads, columns, spotlights, etc. electronically, either via e-
mail to ads at reality dot com (which doesn't need any more spam, thank you) or on
the web at http://www.reality.com/duel2/modules.php?name=Ads. When you submit
something, you should get back a receipt from HAL at RSI. If you do NOT get a
receipt, your ads may have gone astray (not all e-mail makes it to its destination
any more than all snail mail does). If you DO get a receipt, it should, in the body
of the message, tell you what arena your stuff was filed in. Check your receipt to
make sure your submission made it to the intended destination. Also check to see
that everything you sent made it to the same place. Sometimes HAL, who is rather
simple-minded in some ways, will send half your stuff to another arena if the name
or number of that arena shows up at the beginning of a line. So if the word Ti
appears at the beginning of a line halfway through your ads, all the ads after that
may end up in Ti, which is closed and doesn't need ads. As a side note, sometimes
things move slowly, so don't wait until the last minute to send your ads and all.
If they get held up along the way, they may not show up until next turn. Happy

To all those lookin' for some easy pickins: I, Elfwine, manager of The Shallowship,
the most feared team in all of Jhelum, invite all who seek wide open spaces for pubs
and other such establishments of limited debauchery, to visit this deserted city and
