SPY REPORT
You elder fighters surely remember me. The younger ones may call me Olaf
Modeen. I return to TRICORUS once again! Bein' on top is great while it lasts,
BLACK CONVENTICLE. But how many friends do you have now? Up 'n down. Up 'n down.
Rankings always change. Up 'n down. I think I'm gonna be... Well, DARK HORSEMEN's
1st moved them up to 4-1-1 place. What's with TIALVAI GRAYWIND? She actually beat
TRICORUS' PERSISTANT BEGGAR, and walked away with 16 more points from the fight.
Laughs were big at TRICORUS while they watched DANGEROUS CRIMINAL clobber
COLOROUTOFSPACE. He lost 16 points and got bruised from objects thrown from the
stands. TRICORUS has a Duelmaster who doesn't sit back and get lazy. She challenged
BLACK CONVENTICLE's DARK RIVER (16-12-1), which should prove (ahem!) interesting.
DARK RIVER was reminded on the sands why JACINTHE is Duelmaster. Advice to fighters
with a 1 will--give up fighting!
If at first you don't succeed, avoid. That'll get you in the Spyreports. The
most avoided team was RAISING R'LYEH. In my day, no team with a 38-26-4 would scare
me off! What's the problem, BLACK CONVENTICLE? What do people see in DARK RIVER?
Hers 16-12-1? BLACK CONVENTICLE ain't talkin', but she's got 101 points. Fighting
is a better craft than farming, WHOLE LOTTA LUV, but you have to pay your dues.
Being challenged by FEAR OF THE DARK, 16 points above you, is dues. I have to get
this off my chest. What a low dog, FEAR OF THE DARK! He can't set himself up in a
real match. I was sorry to see WHOLE LOTTA LUV lose. I hate going to the effort of
writing about the kind of fights that VOICES IN MY HEAD gets in. He fights people
like MOBY DICK, 12 points below. I thought VOICES IN MY HEAD showed great skill and
promise when he killed MOBY DICK. All right, so I slept through it! Big deal!
A fighter's lot is filled with strife, revenge, and killing. Some fighters
don't accept this. The best do. DARK SWEET TREAT looked pretty sick and surprised
when he learned BLACK CONVENTICLE is sending him to the Dark Arena! Whadd'he expect
with a 15-5-0? Some people are wondering why BLACK CONVENTICLE sent DARK SWEET TREAT
(15-5-0) to the Dark Arena. Just be glad you're not on their team. How long have I
been here? I got people to see, places to go...
Well, I'm pretty much through. You guys need to get back practicing. TRICORUS
is a nice place to live, but I don't like to live in nice places. Remember--a good

(a total of 18 managers) have announced for what promises to be a fierce competition
in DM 45. You still have time to join the fun!

*Declare your intentions in the Stormcrowe newsletter to enter before the first turn
of the contest. You may also email or diplo Master Darque.
*Each manager entering the Stormcrowe Slaughterhouse must submit one (1) Team Roll-Up
Certificate. Only certificates will be accepted for entry. All certificates
submitted will be used during the course of the contest as prizes.
*RU certificates must be received on or before the first turn of the contest which is
Stormcrowe Turn 263 (running approximately December 4th, 2007). You may diplo them
to Master Darque or have them shipped directly to him. Email MD for a home address.
RULES and SCORING
Rules and Scoring information for the Slaughterhouse will be posted every turn in the
Stormcrowe newsletter beginning with Turn 260 and in a final all arena ad in
November.
PRIZES
ENDURANCE AWARD: One (1) +1 Bonus Potion will be given to every team that competes
in 60 of the 65 contest fights.
KILL MASTER AWARD: The individual manager with the most kills will receive a Limited
Immortality Potion. This potion may be applied to one (1) warrior. He/she will be
resurrected ONE-TIME if they are killed in Basic D2.
TOP TEAM AWARD: Each manager on the winning team will receive the following prize
pack for their Slaughterhouse Dominance:
*One (1) +1 Bonus Potion
*Favorites Knowledge for one (1) Warrior
*Undisclosed amount of Team RU Certificates
Special note from RSI on prizes: All contest prizes must be used within three
months. All contest prizes may only be used on a living warrior on the participating
contest team in DM 45. The immortality potion may resurrect a warrior one time,
after a death in DM 45 only, after which time the potion disappears.
