T-219 Questers Contest INFO!
Maybe third time is a charm and the contest info will finally get printed on
time. I don't know what happened last turn, the contest info in the last newsletter
was from T-217, so what I am listing this turn is T-219's. You can see the totals
for T-218 in the last turn scores column. It (T-218) might also be printed along
with my missing p-ads.
Now on to the contest! We only have two turns left after this one. The contest
ends September 11, 2006 (T-222). So let's see if anyone can overtake someone ahead

*Questions & Statements*
I did not see any questions this last turn; however I want to encourage everyone
to speak up about the next running of the quest. I want to thank Insolent Iris for
her compliments on our organization and running of this contest. It is a lot of work
at times, but I would like to let everyone know that my co-hosts and I have enjoyed
it immensely and look forward to hosting the next one. If there are questions, you

I plan on leaving the list of requirements, scoring formula, and prize printed
throughout the contest for easy reference.
Requirements!
1) Only ONE team per manager entered in the contest. Only one active team in
Fratsfa during the contest, PERIOD!
2) Only one TP on your team at a time. (If it dies, then you may replace it.)
3) You must declare (1) warrior as your team scout. Points will not be scored
until a scout is declared!!!
4) You do not need (3) three warriors in the initiates class to compete. FE does
not play a factor for eligibility!!!!
5) If you bloodfeud, you must use a different warrior each time to score the FB
points. (If a warrior is used twice, he will only be awarded the points for the
win or point subracted for the loss on the second bloodfeud.
6) You must declare your team in the p-ads to be entered.
7) A champion and scout cannot be the same warrior.
8) Champions are not required (manager's choice). Champions must be declared on
their first fight of the contest!
Now to the scoring formula:
Wins + Kills - Losses = Base score
Base score + Varient score = Total score
BASE SCORE POINTS:
Win = +1 pt
Kill = +1 pt
Loss = -1 pt
VARIENT SCORE POINTS:
Scout Win = +2 pts
Scout Loss = -2 pts
Scout death = -5 pts
Champion win = +3 pts
Champion loss = -3 pts
Stylemaster for turn = +1 pt
Most avoided team = +2 pts
Successful Bloodfeud = +2 pts
Failed Bloodfeud = -2 pts
Let's say (A) team goes 3 - 2 - 2 = 3 wins + 2 kills - 2 losses = + 3 base
score. Team (A)'s champion won (+3 pts) and is style master for the turn (1 pt).
His scout lost (-2 pts) for a total turn score of +5 pts.
Now, let's say team (B) goes 1 - 4 - 1 = 1 win + 1 kill - 4 losses = - 2 pts
base score. His scout won (+2 pts) and the scouts win was a successful bloodfeud (+2
pts). So, the total points for this turn would be +2 pts. (There was no champion on
this team.)
+25 bonus points will be given to managers that submit a brief history (5
paragraph minimum) including manager alias and stable name by the contest's third
turn. These points will be added to the team by T-210.

Well, what are you looking at, FRATSFA? Ain't you never seen Snide Clemens
before? Ah, shaddup and listen to my news. If The Victory Tavern is buying drinks
for ISN'T IT OBVIOUS' good turn, I'm afraid the place will be dry before long. A
4-1-0 makes for a big thirst. Now keep the taverns open late tonight, for there are
sorrows to drown for ASSASSIN NATION, whose 1-4-0 this turn dropped them by 5 into
11th. Ha! Gee, I'm impressed, a 4-1-0 is nice, but don't get cocky, BLOOD AND
GUTS!, the Fates teach humility, and the Fates are proud. Of course, we're all
terribly impressed to see SEVERITY win a fight and gain 24 points, terribly. Tsk,
tsk, SEVERITY beat KYKENSTIENBURG and KYKENSTIENBURG lost 18 points. You're breakin'
my heart. And it's out with the old, in with the new, as HORRID HOLLY takes the

Well, let's take a look at some more misdeeds of you miserable sword-boys.
ASSASSIN NATION, I suppose you'll be glad to know you were this turn's most avoided
team. Care to know who is the most afraid of you? And who led the way in this mass
act of cowardice? Let's see, well, whatcha know? It was ODIN'S CHOSEN. Ha ha ha
ha! Ooh, I'm frightfully impressed, INSOLENT IRIS was this turn's most challenged
warrior. Watch that ego swell, sports fans. And we have VICIOUS in a challenge,
going down 11 points for the fight. Guess what? I thought VICIOUS showed great
skill and promise when he was overcame by BRAIN TUMOUR. All right, so I slept
through it! Big deal!
Some people like volunteer work in the hospitals. I volunteer for FRATSFA's

31, 39, 45, 47, 50, 52, 54, 59, 60, 100, and 106. Stop yapping in the all-arena ads,
pick an arena, issue a challenge, actually win something, and then maybe (and we
stress maybe) you may speak. You may come to our home arenas (8, 31, and 47) and
confront us, but we suggest you learn to win in your own "home" arena (52) first.
