Notes from the arena champ.
All right. The Fratsfa Quest is back! That Studmuffin Toker has announced it
for a July start! I could just kiss that guy. (Probably a little more than kiss,
too. Wink) We Flower Gals are really, really looking forward to it, cuz we had such
fun in the last one. I just hope I last around here long enough to compete. You
never know when The Commission will call.
We've heard that there will be some new blood here for the event. Soultaker's
coming. Mannequin's coming. Nuln's coming. Everybody's coming. We Flower Girls
like that. Business will be hopping at The Flower Shoppe. We can't wait.
So a salute to Toker for starting the Quest. And a salute to all who will be
competing again plus the "newbies" who are coming to try their luck the first time.
We WILL have fun. Yes!

SPY REPORT
Hail and well met warriors of FLORAL VALLEY! Know me for who I am, Zontani
Sharp Eyes, Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. Fortune did not smile upon ODD
ODIUS ORCS this time out who this turn suffered a fall into 13th position in the wake
of a 0-0-0 round. BOY Z caught the eye of many in the gladiatorial commission as he
skillfully bested BOB LE CANADIEN and was awarded 30 points in recognition. In one
of the week's more notable duels, SUE SOON put down PAS DE QUARTIER, causing him to
lose 18 points of recognition in the process. This time victory fell to the grasp of
the usurper. All hail IMTOOSEXY, Duelmaster of FLORAL VALLEY! No confirmation, but
my sources claim that the top team has gained their position using magical aids.
Charmed weapons perhaps?
But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades
that is city FLORAL VALLEY. FLORAL VALLEY, city of gladiators! Mighty among the
names of thy guilds is ASSASSIN NATION, a guild shunned and avoided by many in the
weekly duels. If you didn't look down dark alleys you'd have been hard pressed to
find any of FLOWER GIRLS last week. Busy avoiding ASSASSIN NATION? Mighty fighters
cannot but expect competition from those below. SIZZLING SUNFLOWER take warning!
You have more than a few enemies in FLORAL VALLEY.
Vendettas. Bloodied blades and broken spears. Indeed the city has seen more
than its fair share of red in recent times. Strange what qualities come forth in the
face of certain doom. PSYCHOSIS has the town astir with the news of hers Dark Arena
victory! Some say a warrior is judged by the way he bears arms. One thing is sure,
better a dagger in hand then a sword on the belt!
