SPY REPORT
Like the magnificent Sun, rising upon the Dawn and exiling the Night for a Day,
I, Novgorodny Vir, return once again! SUPERIOR FORCES 60 had cause to celebrate,
after SILVERTHORN got 18 points by beating CATABOK. Win some, lose some. Speaking
of which, NOBLE ASSASSIN was winsome, after beating FOURST DAG and seeing him lose 15
points. Duelmaster CRAYONS from UNNAMEABLES is going for the gold, as he Dark Arena
Challenged DARK ARENA's BORED ELF. Ooh, the excitement! CRAYONS successfully staved
off a grab for the roses by BORED ELF of DARK ARENA. Does ARADI have no one talented
enough to dethrone him? So who was the warrior seen charging into immovable walls
and challenging dead trees? Someone's got a basic problem...
A Zenmaster once told me, 'Does not the spinning wheel turn? And do not the
little birds cry out?' Any ideas? Like a horde of jackals fleeing from the lion, so
did the "warriors" in ARADI avoid SHEWISH BANQUET. As a woman of good breeding
scorns the "warriors" of THE ELITE, so did that sorry team shy from SHEWISH BANQUET
Everyone is famous for fifteen minutes, and WALL OF FUR is it right now. Most
challenged warrior. Isn't RED DOG GANG proud!
Is there life after death? Pragmatics (and warriors) know there is death after
life! BORED ELF in the Dark Arena wasn't enough for CRAYONS of UNNAMEABLES. Maybe
that certain serving girl(?) at The Victory Tavern will be! Justice was served as
WALL OF FUR fought SIR FINBAR GALEDEEP in bloodfeud. Well done, RED DOG GANG!
Questions are being raised about the disposing of severed body parts in the arena. A
certain tavern in ARADI would I avoid!
All good things must come to an end. As the seasons change, and the creatures
of the wild change also, so do I feel a yearning to leave this place. Do not
despair! I shall return!-- Novgorodny Vir

Tonight, we of The Elite are sad. A very tough and vigilant warrior was laid to rest
his last time. We drink for you, Nikkels!! Hear, hear! -- The Elite
Riztab Cracker -- Oh, how you just paid for your deathwish!! You killed me drinking
buddy and wing Dwarf of the many taverns!! Answer your door, Riztab, because I'm the
one knocking with me swords... -- Zolo (sharpening his swords)
Spot -- My apologies for your loss. Look on the bright side, Arlene wasn't a dog,
she was an imposter. -- Scorpio
Lord Scorpio -- "May I join your Elite?" asks a giant hulking figure of a bull.
"What's your name?" asks Scorpio. "Bevo." "Bevo," muses Scorpio. "Make this team
proud," says Scorpio. "I will, I guarantee it," smiles Bevo
Oh, no! Six dead in duels--the city will perish. Which would be a good thing,
actually. Lots more room to run around without a city. Though people would still
probably try to stop us chasing sheep. Silly of them, anyone can see that sheep were
MEANT to be chased, same as cats. -- Spot
P.S. And the moon is nearly full again. PRIME chasing time.
And while I'm thinking about it, congratulations to Crayons, who mostly tasted funny.
But it probably isn't their fault. His or its fault? *I* know what I mean, but this
human language is slippery. -- Spot
And, again and, we salute the participants in the most recent round of dog-fights.
Ah, the most recent tourney. -- Spot
One-four-one. I don't blame Hao Lao Loo for that Shiftyeyed Volunteer, anyone could
see the man was undesirable. But how Lao Loo managed to get that pushed in face
around the man's neck--! It just isn't a biter's muzzle. -- Spot
