Notes from the arena champ.
I guess I should say something classy and inspirational to you all as I depart from
this city. Why do that when I can just make fun of you all! Just kidding. The evil
Reverend and I will be heading to the illustrious Dark Arena this turn to try and
bring <anything further cut off by HAL>

SPY REPORT
I was going on vacation, see? Surf, sun... But what do those bums say? "Hit
the road, Debby Tonte. DAL SHANG needs a spyreport." Oh, well. Like, SAND DANCERS
had to be so embarrassed when they got kicked off #1 spot by POSSE! Way to go POSSE!
MVP award for STEELHORSE? POSSE's proud of him after beating SCREWDRIVER and getting
19 points. Talk about yer big time losers! OCTAVIA got smashed by MASTER OF THE
EDGE, and lost 17 points! The Duelmaster isn't going to stop just cause he's Number
One! BLUESTONE knows this. He was Dark Arena Challenged by the Duelmaster. The
crowds were amazed this turn, as BLUESTONE killed the Duelmaster, SIXKILLER, leaving
POSSE in mourning. MAN-O-WAR gets to be new Duelmaster. But doesn't this mean
people might try to kill him, too? I hear the top team insists all their warriors
get nine hours sleep. They want photogenic fighters for PR photos.
So just why would someone becomes a warrior anyway? It can't be for these
really neat Spyreports can it? STUMBLIN' DRUNK was the most avoided team. Is a
134-149-12 record really that scary? Hhmph! What kind of warriors are CUBICLE
CRUSADERS? STUMBLIN' DRUNK, an easy team to beat if I ever saw one, can't get them
to accept an invitation! Like, is LAME DUCK popular, or what? He was challenged the
most in all of DAL SHANG! He's got a 0-2-0, is that good? DILBERT must not be a
good enough fighter to get in fair fights. He challenged MERRO DOSH. 15 is a big
difference. (Well, that's what they tell me.) I thought DILBERT showed great skill
and promise when he won victory over MERRO DOSH. All right, so I slept through it!
Big deal!
Man, all these warriors dying and killing each other! Don't you guys ever give
it a break? How cruel! POSSE heartlessly sent his to REVEREND BLOOD certain fate in
the Dark Arena. Is a 14-9-2 bad or something? Hey! Quit laughing! Just because
LUCKY DUCK had 6-6-0 was no reason for MIGHTY DUCKS to send him to the Dark Arena!
Stop it! What if they had a fight and nobody showed up? I'd be out of a job, that's
what!!!
I really didn't, you know, study when I was a kid. Who would've guessed I'd be
a famous Spyreporter? I know how much you like reading this stuff, but I really
