SPY REPORT
Greetings warriors! It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the
clash and bustle of the weekly KYR'TERR games. I have begun to suspect trickery on
the part of GAMBLER HAMMERZ. How else weeks like this one's 5-0-1? How else the
sudden move to 3rd team? Fortune did not smile upon I'M HISTORY II this time out who
this turn suffered a fall into 15th position in the wake of a 0-0-0 round. SASM TULL
caught the eye of many in the gladiatorial commission as it skillfully bested
MOSSHUNTER and was awarded 19 points in recognition. In one of the week's more
notable duels, SASM TULL put down MOSSHUNTER, causing him to lose 12 points of
recognition in the process. Not for nothing has ASHEGI OF VEGA in the past laid
claim to the Duelmaster's throne, and this week he's proven his combat skill yet
again. Heed this! A seer has warned that if exactly 6 die in duels this week, the
whole city shall perish! Just remember...5 or 7!
Many and various are the arts of battle. In KYR'TERR "art" is a word that has
long since passed from the language! KYR'TERR, city of gladiators! Mighty among the
names of thy guilds is OUTCASTS, a guild shunned and avoided by many in the weekly
duels. If you didn't look down dark alleys you'd have been hard pressed to find any
of THE FURIOUS FIVE last week. Busy avoiding OUTCASTS? Loose talk at the arena has
reached my ears and it but confirms the knowledge that many fighters are after
CHEROKEE. Watch your back!
Is not Death a warrior's foremost adviser? Warriors, may this counselor stand
ready at your right hand forever! I must report the passing of HIAWATHA, veteran of
many duels. 5-5-1 final record His was not illustrious--but death plays no
favorites. My sources at DARQUE FORCES III stable claim they've never seen the guild
bitterer. This as a result of the untimely demise of CORBL BLAROC. Beware POWAQA!
Dark alleys may hide both secrets and assassins. In the arena there is only the
brightness of steel. Keep vigil always!
The girls are as pretty in KYR'TERR as ever I remembered them....and the
fighters as ugly! Don't let your reputation slip! Sadly warriors, now longer can I
keep thy company nor savor the ale of thy fine city. Depart I must and soon! Till
