Looks like my first attempt at defending my position was successful. Now Dustin
and I are 1-1. Looks as if the competition level has once again increased. Welcome
back, Crip.
And now I notice that one way or another my next match will probably be verses
Halifax. Striker vs Slasher. Hmmm... maybe he'll be over-confident with having the
style advantage. Sure would be nice to have a wingman or two. But I don't. So...
time to suit up, cinch up the sword belt an extra notch and see how things unfold.

I doubt KYR'TERR will ever be the same. CORDIALS stable has parlayed this turn's

work, guys! And let's see, PINEAPPLE fought AMBITIOUS GUARD and gained 17 points and
contributed to PIZZA TOPPINGS' 2-3-0. TURNPIKE has lost to KHALHUMS DWARF, falling
11 points, while helping make NEW YORK a 4-1-0 turn. The attempts to dethrone the
Duelmaster have failed, and SEAM remains KYR'TERR's top warrior for another turn.
Tell me, is nothing sacred? I have heard from unimpeachable sources that The
Dripping Blade uses trolls in their stew. Talk about gristle!
Oriental wise man once say, 'Hiding behind shields prevents proper sun tanning.'
Inscrutable, but true. I also notice that the PIZZA TOPPINGS stable was the most
avoided team this turn. Come on KYR'TERR, what are you afraid of? And avoiding
PIZZA TOPPINGS more than any other team we find BAD COMBINATIONS. KYR'TERR, are we
going to accept, or respect this sort of thing? Well, sports fans, take notice that

WINTER FACE-TO-FACE IN SUNNY ARIZONA!
Our next winter FTF will be held in Tempe, Arizona, January 17-19, 2014. It will be
held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Tempe, Arizona (480-897-7444), the same hotel as
last year by popular request. Room rates are $145.00 per night, 1-2 occupancy, which
includes full cooked breakfast, complimentary manager's reception, free airport
shuttle, free parking and free high speed internet. There's a fitness center,
jacuzzi, and pool. The rooms are blocked--code RSI--please make your reservation by
December 15 before the block is released! (This is prime season for Phoenix, and
people have been unable to book rooms because they waited too long.) Look for the
tournament info sheet and minioverviews some time in December. We hope you're all
looking forward to it and that we will see you there!
