and despair! Managers were muttering after BASH BROS MARRIAGE showed DRAGONHEAD what
they could do: 2-0-0 to move up by 12. Perhaps it is BASH BROS BROTHER members'
intannibility that enabled them to move from 20th to 9th last week... (Less time in
the sun...) Like a chunk of francium heaved into a wet pond, BASH BROS SPRING blew up
the rankings to 13! The boys at VAR'S FAV BARS aren't the happy-go-lucky bunch we
all know and love, after suffering a 12 drop last week. Practice pays for POLLEN,
who pummelled WANG YI, to pocket 20 points. Win some, lose some. Speaking of which,
POLLEN was winsome, after beating WANG YI and seeing him lose 17 points. The arena
was more crowded than usual this time, as BOOGER KING faced DRAGONHEAD's Duelmaster.
BOOGER KING found out that DRAGONHEAD isn't a democracy. You've gotta be the best to
be Duelmaster here! Word has it one team in DRAGONHEAD is taking speech lessons to
try to bore their opponent to death. I'll bet it works.
My mother wished me to avoid conflict, and seek the gentle trade of Spyreporter.
But warriors aren't supposed to avoid fights! To quell some nasty rumors, the guys
in OUTLAWS are not carrying any incurable diseases. No need to avoid 'em. As a
woman of good breeding scorns the "warriors" of BASH BROS NEW CAR, so did that sorry
team shy from OUTLAWS If challenges were horses, LOCKE could open up a fast food
joint! As a confidence booster, FIRE WON'T START challenged LOCKE, down 44 points.
Do you also slay vicious rodents in your spare time, FIRE WON'T START? FIRE WON'T
START beat LOCKE with a point difference of 44. So this is what DRAGONHEAD calls a
duel. This will make an interesting tale. Take heed DRAGONHEAD, of the unprincipled
action of NONSENSE. By challenging ENTROPY, 21 points below him, NONSENSE besmirches
the noble art of dueling. Warriors of DRAGONHEAD! Do you wish your reputations
tainted by the base challenge of NONSENSE?
Is there life after death? Pragmatics (and warriors) know there is death after
life! More than one waitress at The Dripping Blade was spilling more drinks than
usual last week, as HELLKNIGHT's early demise became known. What will OUTLAWS do???
Fair play must not be a credo of OUTLAWS, as WARLOCK permanently removed CLOSES EARLY
of BASH BROS DMV from the competition in a mismatched fight. Charity is unknown in
DRAGONHEAD, and rightly so. BB DAYTIME TV exacted their revenge against OUTLAWS.

Armsilbar liked being Master of the Stronghold Academy, all except for one part.
He had to talk to Sheila Greywand at least once a week, usually oftener. She was
getting more erratic. More chaotic. That would be the effect of the Grey Wand. It
was a powerful chaotic artifact, and she kept it with her always. She had turned his
predecessor into a frog--or 164 frogs--and then summoned all the members of the
Academy to a frog-leg dinner. That had been, ah, bad. Yes, very bad.
But here he was entering her chambers. With, well, it couldn't be called GOOD
news. And the look she turned on him--she was in an orcish mood today, all scowling
black brows and bared fangs--that made him nervous. But some things had to be done.
He cleared his throat, which seemed to have a frog in it, and said, "It's about the
next tourney prize, Lady. I know it's more than two months away, but this isn't too
soon to start thinking of some new, exciting prize--"
"I have no intention of thinking about 'new, exciting prizes'," she snapped. Or

She said several things in an obsolete dialect of orcish. He stepped backward, then
