Hail and well met warriors of ERINIKA! Know me for who I am, Zontani Sharp
Eyes, Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. Former top team GASHOUSE GANG was
unseated this week as MONGOL HORDE moved up from 2nd ranking to take the top spot
with a 4-1-3 record for the round. Warriors--remember that glory waits always around
the corner! Witness how this week P IS FOR PIG went 1-1-0 to move up 9 in the
rankings. My praise to MONGOL HORDE for their 4-1-3 week this time out. Indeed, it
was a skillfully fought round deserving of notice! KENNY CHESNEY caught the eye of
many in the gladiatorial commission as he skillfully bested MAZE OF TORMENT and was
awarded 41 points in recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, POP KHAN
put down BLACK TONGUE, causing him to lose 13 points of recognition in the process.
Most watched of the fights this week, the spotlight was on NECROWRETCH as he bore
arms against the challenge of reigning Duelmaster KHAN D. DATE. This time victory
fell to the grasp of the usurper. All hail NECROWRETCH, Duelmaster of ERINIKA! Heed
this! A seer has warned that if exactly 6 die in duels this week, the whole city
shall perish! Just remember...5 or 7!
Many and various are the arts of battle. In ERINIKA "art" is a word that has
long since passed from the language! I saw one fighter that warriors avoided when
this week's challenge seeking began. GREAT OLD ONES is feared. This much I can say.
If you didn't look down dark alleys you'd have been hard pressed to find any of
CALENDAR GIRLS last week. Busy avoiding GREAT OLD ONES? Loose talk at the arena has
reached my ears and it but confirms the knowledge that many fighters are after EYES
WIRED SHUT. Watch your back!
