DUELMASTER'S COLUMN
Notes from the arena champ.
I am Fleeker Floogal. I gained the throne because my manager hides his
respectable warriors from the throne. He says it is so they can enter tourneys and
bring glory to himself, but who is he kidding? Does he really think they are 'the
answer?' Meanwhile, my only goal in life is to attempt to keep this throne from the
likes of that nasty basher Off Day! He hides in cowardice and challenges Sand Dancers
with losing records while I remain on top of the arena. This turn may finally be the
day that I face the mailman not at his post! Or perhaps he'll hide again! Or perhaps
my manager will also play the coward and send ME after a Sand Dancer. He'll claim it
is to deny poor Assur of his goal, but I'll know the truth!!! Cowards always look for
excuses and give great rationalizations for their actions. Yet who is it that is
fighting on the actual sands!

SPY REPORT
So why do I have this bag over my head? Because I am The Unknown Spymaster and
I'm going to give you a spy report!. Say good-bye to SPROUT OF MY WAY!, as they are
pushed from the coveted top team spot by the SAND DANCERS stable. Hey everybody,
watch out for STOMPER, who flew up 19 points in the rankings after mashing BARTRAN
KLEE like a melon. Keep your eye on this guy. Drawing on all of his experience as a
14-8-1 warrior, OFF DAY went for the Duelmastership against FLEEKER FLOOGAL this
week. In front of all the crowds, OFF DAY took the Duelmaster's crown for his own.
I give the bum two weeks. Advice to bashers--never force anything, just get a bigger
halberd!
Let's dig a little deeper into what's happening in the DAYLA KIV arena. And
hey, kiddies, those of you who didn't avoid SPROUT OF MY WAY!, please raise you hand.
Wow. Does DAYLA KIV really have that many liars? Okay, so I may not be funny, but
catch BASH BROS MAILMAN's act in the arena. Those acrobats seem to be fairly deft at
running from SPROUT OF MY WAY!. Well just about everybody wants a piece of OFF DAY,
who was this week's most challenged warrior.
Being a spy is great--other people die and you spend the rest of the day
drinking to their memory. Better tanked than dead! Here's some advice: warriors
with little wit and will may encounter problems on the trail to the Isle.
Well, that wasn't too bad; Alarond told me that the people in DAYLA KIV have no
sense of humor. Or maybe that they were senseless. Okay, so I may not be the
world's best comedian, but then you guys aren't the world's best warriors. See ya
