Notes from the arena champ.
Well, the excitement at being back on top went to my head, and I wrote two DM
columns. I shall only write the one this time. Sitting here once again for the
fifth time, with seven more turns until I graduate, I see a long reign for myself
here. I need just two wins out of the next seven fights. I predict only two
losses. Anybody think otherwise?
James. I was hoping on you sticking around longer, so I could continue your weekly
whoopings. Head to Home Guard, and you can rejoin Natasha, and life will return to
normal for you. I can send word so she can be ready to receive you.

I can't believe the violence in LIN TIRIAN! I still haven't told Mom I'm
writing Spyreports. She'd have a cow! Well, here we go... I just can't say enough
good things about CRIP'S KIDS 2004. They went 3-1-0 their first time, don't slouch,
and they've got good oral hygiene! MVP award for GOLDBERG? CRIP'S KIDS 2004's proud
of him after beating EMBEZZLING SCRIBE and getting 20 points. Talk about yer major
upsets! MIRIAL STEEL's match with UNFORGETTABLE cost her a loss of 8 points! REDD
thinks his 20-13-0 and studly character is good enough to face up to the Duelmaster.
Any bets? Don't you think the Duelmaster is being unfair? I think AIDEN should let
REDD be Duelmaster for a while, without fighting about it. Who was the wiseguy that
said LIN TIRIAN's Duelmaster was paying for drinks at The Lost Hope Inn? Don't look
at me!
AAARRGH!!! I HATE SPYREPORTING!!! Sorry. I just had to say it. Like, is
JAMES popular, or what? He was challenged the most in all of LIN TIRIAN! He's got a
19-14-0, is that good?
Man, all these warriors dying and killing each other! Don't you guys ever give
it a break? What if they had a fight and nobody showed up? I'd be out of a job,
that's what!!!

The Olympics have arrived!
The Mordanti Olympics, having been gone for six years, have returned to the Mordanti
Alliance, sponsored by Amicitia Primoris. Teams have competed against each other for
recognition and notoriety four times in the past. It is far past time for the fifth
Mordanti Olympics to be held. The Mordanti Olympics shall be held in the Mordant
arena (DM-1) from May 1st (T544) through Oct 30 (T557). There will be a
'registration period' lasting until T543, where teams will be allowed to register by
activating in Mordant and declaring their participation in the personals. Rules will
be posted in the Mordant arena (DM-1) newsletter no later than T543, but shall be
available online before then. An announcement will be made as to where they will be
posted. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.
