Notes from the arena champ.
Hello, Lin Tirian!!
This is the first, and hopefully not the last, DM column that I will be writing for
your perusal. Enjoy it, or not.
I took the throne from Jigger Kree's grasp! With this victory, I need only ten more
of these so called political points in order to grasp the immortality that my younger
teammate, Aiden (and many others, I might add), has recently taken for his own.
I knew I was popular, having had the Popularity Leader title many times (before that
upstart, Aiden, took it from me). It was, however, quite satisfying that I was able
to snag ALL the awards positions last cycle! I kind of like seeing my name in all
those locations. Perhaps I can do it again THIS cycle.
With no Challenger Champs to choose from (indeed, I don't even qualify for that based
on recognition alone), and because I really like staying up here, I have decided to
give Jigger Kree another chance to take me down. This might sound kind of greedy of
me, but, you know, I am really, REALLY tired of hanging around here when all my other
contemporaries have graduated (not to mention THEIR replacements graduating, as
well!!).
I hope I can pontificate from this place next time, too!

So why do I have this bag over my head? Because I am The Unknown Spymaster and
I'm going to give you a spy report!. Hey everybody, watch out for MIRIAL STEEL, who
flew up 16 points in the rankings after mashing KHALHUMS DWARF like a melon. Keep
your eye on this gal. Ya know, some days it doesn't pay to walk out on the sands.
DR J was bested by STAN and drops 9 points. Well, everybody's pal VLAD moved his
record to 20-23-0 by defeating JIGGER KREE in the Duelmaster's Title Bout and gaining
6 recognition points. Can you believe they are paying me 10 gold to deliver this
stuff?
Let's dig a little deeper into what's happening in the LIN TIRIAN arena. And
hey, kiddies, those of you who didn't avoid THE LEGENDS, please raise you hand. Wow.
Does LIN TIRIAN really have that many liars? And you guys like to boo me? Well,
unsling your rasberries, cause LETHAL HERITAGE beats feet every time THE LEGENDS
smiles at them. Try farming, eh?
Remember that an arena is not always a safe place to be, but it is one of the
most interesting, though! Knowing when to use the right tactics at the proper time
is a very important step on the road to Duelmaster.
Well, there's the manager of the LIN TIRIAN giving me the 'cut' sign (or is that
'They're going to strangle you in the alley?). Well, there goes another Spy Report.
