SPY REPORT
It's me, The Unknown Spymaster, back to give you this week's Spy Report. Sit
back in your seats and we'll have more fun than a barrel of Zontanis. Hey everybody,
watch out for SKIPPIT, who flew up 15 points in the rankings after mashing VENEMOUS
CONCUBINE like a melon. Keep your eye on this gal. And falling like a basher in the
top ten was ARC D'WOOF, who dropped 14 points after a disappointing (to say the
least) bout with DANGEROUS CRIMINAL. Going for the gusto and coming up with aught
but bloody knuckles was SAND DANCERS' LIL D'FIELD, who was turned away from the
Duelmastership by FRACAS. Advice to bashers--never force anything, just get a bigger
halberd!
Here is other news that is of note. Did you hear that THE QUAM SQUAD was most
avoided team this week? Well, knowing the personal hygiene of THE QUAM SQUAD's
warriors, I'm not surprised! Okay, so I may not be funny, but catch FAMOUS ARCHERS'
act in the arena. Those acrobats seem to be fairly deft at running from THE QUAM
SQUAD. Well dang howdy, but if challenges were votes, SIR QUAMALOT would be
president. Although it may be a contest it doesn't want to win.
Remember that an arena is not always a safe place to be, but it is one of the
most interesting, though! Knowing when to use the right tactics at the proper time
is a very important step on the road to Duelmaster.
Well, that wasn't too bad; Alarond told me that the people in LIN TIRIAN have no
sense of humor. Or maybe that they were senseless. Well, there goes another Spy

Algernon, who had NOT gotten the name change he'd asked for, looked at the latest
petitioner. This was a typical gladiator, big, muscular, and scarred, with a frown.
"Ah, what can I do for you?"
"Name change. I heard we can do that. I'm tired of being Jane Doe."
"I'd think you would be," Algernon said faintly. "The Commission has actually
been thinking about this. It isn't FREE, mind you! It takes money to run our office,
you know, and we want to buy some goats--"
