DUELMASTER'S COLUMN
Notes from the arena champ.
Ok. OK. Arrowhead says if I am DM, I HAVE to pen a Duelmaster Column. So I will.
This is really my 2nd DM; did I write one before? Hmmm.
Let's see. I like to shoot arrows, with a bow, of course. I know a lot about
plants and plant life. I mean, who needs steroids when one has the proper plants
available? See? I don't really try to kill stuff with an arrow, unless it is for food.
Kinda fits the Hunger Game mode, don't you think?
I don't really care if I am a Duelmaster or not, but it does sort of give acclaim
to my team. I can see that. So I try. When I come back in the next life, I hope it is
as Aragorn. I think I'd make a good ranger, and I'd like to match marksmanship with
that elf guy, Legolas. He's kinda cute.
So, maybe I will be back and write more. I hope "yes: to the first and "arghhh"
to the latter. See ya.

Well, what are you looking at, LIN TIRIAN? Ain't you never seen Snide Clemens
before? Ah, shaddup and listen to my news. Of course, we're all terribly impressed
to see WILLIAM TELL win a fight and gain 14 points, terribly. Tsk, tsk, WILLIAM TELL
beat SKIPPIT and SKIPPIT lost 8 points. You're breakin' my heart. And if variety is
the spice of life, LIN TIRIAN may be getting bland, as KATNISS stays top dog in the
city. Kickbacks and bribes, kickbacks and bribes, how else do you think some of
these guys win their fights? Skill? Ha!
My mother always told me, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, start
talking.' I loved that woman. What's the big D? SAND DANCERS was the most avoided
team? Bunch of lily livered... grumble... mumble... curse... And who led the way in
this mass act of cowardice? Let's see, well, whatcha know? It was FAMOUS ARCHERS.
Ha ha ha ha! Ooh, I'm frightfully impressed, SKIPPIT was this turn's most challenged
warrior. Watch that ego swell, sports fans.
Ah, now we come to my favorite part, where we see all the guys who are dead and
gone, and get to see if their team cared. Honor is like a chainmail shirt, it only
shines through use. Certain nameless cowards will doubtless rebuke me on this one.
There's got to be a better place in LIN TIRIAN to get a drink than The Lost Hope
Inn! Any suggestions? Well, I've had enough of this drivel, and I'm sure you have
too. Off like a dirty shirt of padded leather. Glad to see the back of this place--
