You elder fighters surely remember me. The younger ones may call me Olaf
Modeen. I return to SHADOWSPIRE once again! Who can explain it? Not you, not me,
not MONSTER MANUAL's opponents, after watching them shoot up the ranks from 14th to
3rd. You know what they say about the herd of lions who studied a judge... DAGGERS
DEEP moved up 12 places, to 5th. Phhbltt! Too much drinking and too little dodging
gave KELLUMBO'S KIDS a 2-3-0! I got a good laugh out of it! THE RED BLADES showed
SHADOWSPIRE what they were made of as they fought with a vengeance to walk off with
4-1-0. What's with MARTIN LUTHER? He actually beat CLAN LONGBEARD's FIMNAR, and
walked away with 24 more points from the fight. Major screwup at CLAN LONGBEARD.
FIMNAR lost 20 points to MARTIN LUTHER. Some new strategies, perhaps? Maybe FIMNAR
will provide more easy wins... Another fighter (ATTILA KEENBLADE 19-13-0) challenged
another Duelmaster (ANSELM 15-9-0). Life goes on. I can barely restrain my
enthusiam for DRAGONBANE GUILD's outstanding member, Duelmaster ATTILA KEENBLADE.
Advice to fighters with a 1 will--give up fighting!
No matter the time or place, men will always duel. How well I know the feeling
of being in the most avoided team! Don't fall out of practive, KELLUMBO'S KIDS! In
my day, no team with a 239-171-4 would scare me off! What's the problem, WARMASTERS?
How well I know the feeling of being the most challenged warrior, MILEY! Don't make
idle boasts, they may come back to haunt you. Keep challenging up 36 points,
SPIREWOLF, and I won't have to write about you much longer. LIAM O'FLAHERTY always
accepts those kind of challenges... As I expected, LIAM O'FLAHERTY won SPIREWOLF.
Not to start anything, but, SPIREWOLF, now that you've faced him and seen his style,
you might try it again! Maybe LITERATE LOONS' PHILIP K. DICK is one of those guys
who likes pain, or something. That's what he'll get next week, after challenging up
29 to GREGORR. PHILIP K. DICK found one way to advance: challenging GREGORR and
losing, but getting 3 points. No brain, no pain.
Warriors of SHADOWSPIRE unite. You have only your games to lose! Hmm... More
surprises must remain in store for me, if GHOST OF TOM JOAD can return from the Dark
Arena. We all knew it had to happen sooner or later. A warrior can't stick around
with a 4-5-0, and SCRAWNIE RONNIE easily took care of SUPERIOR'D PANDA. CTUCHIK
larned his lesson (BOBBY JEAN taught it well), and we right likely won't be seein'
'im fight any JUNGLELAND members with the same gusto. How long have I been here? I
got people to see, places to go...
Well, I'm pretty much through. You guys need to get back practicing.
