and despair! WICKED MARTYRS? Who? WARMASTERS is the top team these days, buddies!
He who laughs last didn't get the joke. Speaking of laughing at jokes, observe CULT
OF BACCHUS. Last week they got 1-4-0 to drop by 8! Nothing works for a team like
victory (How's that for a perceptive observation?) as PRAY THE GODS can attest...
Say what you will about blind luck and dirty fighting, but DRAGONBANE GUILD will tell
you 556-481-16 is nothing to laugh at... THE COMMODORES had cause to celebrate,
after RALF JONES got 23 points by beating DANGEROUS CRIMINAL. A certain someone
should cut down on the drinking and practice more, after losing 20 points to BAD
ROLL-UPS. (Discrete enough, MARBARITA?) MICKEY SLIM successfully staved off a grab
for the roses by JUIBLEX of MONSTER MANUAL. Does SHADOWSPIRE have no one talented
enough to dethrone him? Word has it one team in SHADOWSPIRE is taking speech lessons
to try to bore their opponent to death. I'll bet it works.
And how sociable are SHADOWSPIRE's warriors? Come, let us see. Perhaps the
warriors of THE COMMODORES should take up some hobbies, as they are the most avoided
team... As a woman of good breeding scorns the "warriors" of BIG LAKE OUTCASTS, so
did that sorry team shy from THE COMMODORES Everyone is famous for fifteen minutes,
and BRONKO is it right now. Most challenged warrior. Isn't WAR MACHINE proud!
Them's the breaks, BLINK DOG. Expecting fair challenges from WAR MACHINE is
evidently too much to ask. Bookies and BRONKO were more than a little surprised, as
BLINK DOG snatched an easy victory from BRONKO, gaining 22 points. DIRE PATIENCE
challenged BAHBI! Who says BIG LAKE OUTCASTS are just a bunch of wimps! DIRE
PATIENCE of BIG LAKE OUTCASTS kept his wits as he was overcame by BAHBI. Willing to
win at any cost is SLIM CHANCE, who challenged POUDREUX, 14 points junior. Our
sympathies, POUDREUX! I thought SLIM CHANCE showed great skill and promise when it
beat POUDREUX. All right, so I slept through it! Big deal!
Is there life after death? Pragmatics (and warriors) know there is death after
life! Like a tattered, worn-out, faded, out-of-fashion garment cast out to rot, DR.
CHUD of SOME KINDA HATE has been summarily sent to the Dark Arena. The warriors at
THE COMMODORES stable were more sober than usual, after DRUECKE SPACE's demise at the
hands of AGRIPPA. AGRIPPA, don't make any long term plans! Justice was served as
BLAGO GRUNGE fought MONOCEROS in bloodfeud. Well done, DRAGONBANE GUILD! Never one
to advocate diplomacy and restraint, I was pleased to see WICKED MARTYRS retaliate
against ABOMINATION in bloodfeud! Ask not a spymaster for counsel, for he will
pontificate long after you have fallen into an unconscious stupor.
