SPY REPORT
So why do I have this bag over my head? Because I am The Unknown Spymaster and
I'm going to give you a spy report!. Say good-bye to WARMASTERS, as they are pushed
from the coveted top team spot by the DRAGONBANE GUILD stable. Coming up with a
solid 2-3-0 outing, THE MONGOLOIDS II has advanced 5 places in the rankings. CULT OF
BACCHUS is no joke as it posted a 4-0-0 week advancing from 11th place to 7th place.
Hey everybody, watch out for SLIM CHANCE, who flew up 31 points in the rankings after
mashing BLINK DOG like a melon. Keep your eye on this beast. And falling like a
basher in the top ten was CREDITS, who dropped 15 points after a disappointing (to
say the least) bout with WRECKLESS FURY. Unlike most arenas, MICKEY SLIM managed to
get his challenge off against the 16-17-2 BLOODY JAKE. Our battling duelmaster
MICKEY SLIM has managed to hold the title, fending off BLOODY JAKE's none too subtle
advances. Better luck next time, WAR MACHINE. Can you believe they are paying me 10
gold to deliver this stuff?
Here is other news that is of note. Did you hear that BIG LAKE OUTCASTS was
most avoided team this week? Well, knowing the personal hygiene of BIG LAKE
OUTCASTS' warriors, I'm not surprised! Okay, so I may not be funny, but catch CULT
OF BACCHUS' act in the arena. Those acrobats seem to be fairly deft at running from
BIG LAKE OUTCASTS. Well dang howdy, but if challenges were votes, AGRIPPA would be
president. Although it may be a contest he doesn't want to win. In a mismatch, our
friend HAVANA BLACK of WAR MACHINE got heroic notions and challenged OBAMACARE. What
did it get him? A 8-12-0 record, that's what. Trading many whacks on the head and a
loss for 1 recognition points, HAVANA BLACK shows that a guy doesn't have to be good
to get places. In a touching display by a 'touched' warrior, HADRIAN went after RING
LARDNER, who was higher by 25 points. Well, when the dust settled, HADRIAN defeated
RING LARDNER.
Death is kind of like a new puppy: he's always around wanting to play. (Ha
Zontani, how's that for a wise saying?). Proving again that SHADOWSPIRE is not rated
G, SLIM CHANCE of the SOME KINDA HATE slew the warrior BLINK DOG in a rather bloody
bout. Let's look for a bloodfeud. The audience likes blood and there was plenty of
it covering BAHBI as he was driven to an early grave by DIRE PATIENCE of the BIG LAKE
OUTCASTS. Yes, and another newbie bites the dust as RALF JONES goes down under the
sword of TROG. Thanks to this, TROG now has 78 recognition points. Carrion Bird
Cinematic Humor: MARBARITA II: THE REMATCH. Carrion Bird Frustration: BAHBI in
platemail. In the 'Oops, What Have I Done?' category, RUMMER was mashed by WHISPER,
who let RUMMER know that killing members of CULT OF BACCHUS is a no-no. Knowing when
to use the right tactics at the proper time is a very important step on the road to
Duelmaster.
Well, that wasn't too bad; Alarond told me that the people in SHADOWSPIRE have
no sense of humor. Or maybe that they were senseless. Okay, so I may not be the
world's best comedian, but then you guys aren't the world's best warriors. Hasta la
