SPY REPORT
It's me, The Unknown Spymaster, back to give you this week's Spy Report. Sit
back in your seats and we'll have more fun than a barrel of Zontanis. We now have a
new top team for all of you guys to dogpile on. NBA LEGENDS now holds the crown and
they are betting they can keep it. Take a look at SOME KINDA HATE's act, as they
have a 5-0-1 week and gain 12 places in the team ranking. Advancing in the rankings
was THE MONGOLOIDS II who went from last turn's 160-174-5, to this week's record of
163-175-5. TROG got through to the Duelmaster this turn. No doubt he was more than
anxious to kick CALIGULA's tail out of the throne! In front of all the crowds, TROG
took the Duelmaster's crown for his own. I give the bum two weeks. Advice to
bashers--never force anything, just get a bigger halberd!
Let's dig a little deeper into what's happening in the SHADOWSPIRE arena.

LAKE OUTCASTS. Big bad BIG LAKE OUTCASTS. SHADOWSPIRE's afraid of the big bad BIG
LAKE OUTCASTS. Tra la la la la! For those of you who like math, try this one: BIG
LAKE OUTCASTS + Weapons That go Boom = WARMASTERS + Avoid City. And who is this DAVE
LEBEIS you ask, with 81 points and a 19-8-0 record. Ooh, the tales I could tell!
Can any one out there say 'weasel'? Oh well, just saying LOSER DEGOTTI will do. It
challenged 21 points down to trash TANGRAMAYNE. Definition of petty: LOSER DEGOTTI
beat TANGRAMAYNE, a mismatch of 21 points. In a touching display by a 'touched'
warrior, CERYOSHE went after ASTRID, who was higher by 19 points. Well, when the
dust settled, CERYOSHE beat ASTRID. ALCESTE of SOME KINDA HATE had better have a
good reason for challenging down 13 points in a challenge which it won. I thought
ALCESTE showed great skill and promise when it bested DUCK OF DEATH. All right, so I
slept through it! Big deal!
Being a spy is great--other people die and you spend the rest of the day
drinking to their memory. Better tanked than dead! LOST LETTER defied all odds and
slew SPYMASTER in the Dark Arena. The only ones displeased were the buzzards, as

II: THE REMATCH. We might as well mark the passing of BOMBAY SAPPH, who was
relatively new to the arena at 2-1-0. Probably killed before its first shave. And
who needs the Dark Arena if you've got ROCKFORD around? This week he decorated his
armor with GUNNAR COTTON. Who's next? Ask not the elves for counsel, for they will
say both yes and no. Silly buggers, eh?
I think I had better cut this one short. It's been nice chatting to those of
