I know those are some prideful words coming from a chronic loser. But title success
came before the pride. And pride comes before the fall. And the fall comes before
the winter. And, after all, my brain is squirming like a toad.
Sorry bout that last fight, Zlata. Guess you zigged when you should have zagged.
This turn's challenge goes to Wrothgarr. He deserves the chance to avenge his fallen

SPY REPORT
And here we are once again in The Spire for some intense gladiatorial combat! Well,
we have you guys, so I guess that is good enough! Fights, insults, more fights, and
maybe a few deaths to cap off the day makes for a good time in the arena. When that
is a bust, there is always ale! Honestly, maybe we should just start with the ale and
see what happens. I would wager it would not be much different from the regular arena
days. Anyway, time to look at this turn's action and for me to share my
disappointment in you with the world.
Mim Jorrison looks so familiar and when I hear him talk the feeling intensifies a bit,
but I just. cannot. place. him! It is driving me crazy! Maybe it is just seeing him
sitting on the throne so long that has me experiencing these wild episodes of deja vu.
This turn, Mim defended the throne against the strong advances of Gemini Croquette. It
was a 4-minute fight, but in the end, it looks as if Mim could stomach the efforts
Gemini was able to offer him. Good to see one of you bums actually challenging for
the throne rather than sitting around waiting for it to fall in your lap. I mean,
Gemini lost to the Duelmaster, but it is more than we can say for some of you others!
Congrats to Mim Jorrison, the Lizard King and possibly an arsonist unless I'm reading
too much into his lyrics! He is still managed by Blitz Wolfer.
The most avoided team for the turn is Big Lake Solution. They were mostly avoided by
Mirkwood Orcs. I thought these two were jawing at each other a few turns back. What
good is talk if all you are going to do is avoid one another? The most challenged
warrior today saw Aeglos getting lots of requests to come and die . . . I mean play!
It was Tomahawk, a mere 25 points above Aeglos, that got his challenge through. He
won and no one was surprised or impressed. Do you want to be impressed with Tomahawk?
Listen to him trying to form a complete sentence. You'll be in awe that he is able to
speak at all! I think that was the biggest down challenge of the turn. The biggest up
challenge belongs to Hotter Pocket. He went after Yosha, who was 38 points above him.
I think it was all the jokes about being the temperature of lava on the corners and
sub-zero in the middle that finally sent Hotter Pocket over the edge.
You bums continue to get more slack as there is only one (1) death to report for
today's fights. Terminator killed Shawn McIntyre. Once again, no surprise and cares
to give. Challenges and avoids are there for a reason, so be sure to use them. There
weren't even any Dark Arena deaths this turn! What a bunch of slackers! You know
most of you should DA half your team and get better warriors! Literate Loons and
Inebriation were missing this turn. You guys either scared them off or their order
got lost in the mail. At this point, who knows?!?!
Okay, time to vamoose from this fine arena. I mean the arena is awesome, it is the
company that is questionable. Unless I get fired or die, I will see you bums next
turn. Mim gets to defend his title yet again next turn! Is anyone in the Challenger
Champions man (or woman) enough to take it from him? He should be getting close to
graduation, but can anyone stop him before he makes a trip to the Isle and
immortality? Come back next turn and see!
