SPY REPORT
Greetings warriors! It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the
clash and bustle of the weekly DWES EG games. Former top team INK & STEEL X was
unseated this week as GWAR moved up from 6th ranking to take the top spot with a
1-0-1 record for the round. I have begun to suspect trickery on the part of AT THE
TABLE. How else weeks like this one's 1-0-0? How else the sudden move to 7th team?
JAN 2002 bore the brunt of major assault on their standings this week as they dropped
to 31st position as the result of going 0-1-0! My tutors were fond of telling me
that the higher you rise the harder you fall. This week DON'T ASK WHAT IT IS went
0-1-0 and fell 17 notches into 32nd! LAKES caught the eye of many in the
gladiatorial commission as he skillfully bested SCRAPPLE and was awarded 34 points in
recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, 0010 put down LOUSY TIMING,
causing it to lose 2 points of recognition in the process. Due to his absence and
inability to defend the throne, BRIAN KINNEY has lost the title of Duelmaster. This
time victory fell to the grasp of the usurper. All hail DENSER, Duelmaster of DWES
EG! Heed this! A seer has warned that if exactly 6 die in duels this week, the
whole city shall perish! Just remember...5 or 7!
I have been in deep conclave with my spies who watched all that has recently
transpired. Indeed there is much I would report.
What warrior does not hone his years, impatiently waiting for the moment of his
foe's mortality? My condolences to JAN 2002 for their loss of a very promising
warrior, 0001. 0001 went to doom before the arms of WAR TOY, a warrior of GWAR.
This week's duel proved deadly to 0001 as he fell to the more renowned warrior, WAR
TOY. How will JAN 2002 find revenge? Dark alleys may hide both secrets and
assassins. In the arena there is only the brightness of steel. Keep vigil always!
The girls are as pretty in DWES EG as ever I remembered them....and the fighters
as ugly! Don't let your reputation slip! More than a sharp eye must I keep, indeed
a stout pair of legs must I keep as well! The endless paths of Alastari await me!
