clash and bustle of the weekly DWES EG games. Former top team METAL was unseated
this week as STONED ROOKIES 47 moved up from 13th ranking to take the top spot with a
1-0-0 record for the round. The proverbial rising comet can only hope to compare
with STONED ROOKIES 47's team record! A 1-0-0 week and now a firm grasp on a 1st
place ranking. I have begun to suspect trickery on the part of WIND SHAKERS. How
else weeks like this one's 1-0-0? How else the sudden move to 2nd team? The
proverbial rising comet can only hope to compare with ROOKIE ARMADA 4's team record!
A 1-0-0 week and now a firm grasp on a 10th place ranking. I have begun to suspect
trickery on the part of STAR WRECK. How else weeks like this one's 1-1-0? How else
the sudden move to 16th team? The proverbial rising comet can only hope to compare
with CRIMSON RAGE's team record! A 1-0-0 week and now a firm grasp on a 21st place
ranking. ROOKIE PINK 15 bore the brunt of major assault on their standings this week
as they dropped to 28th position as the result of going 0-1-0! My tutors were fond
of telling me that the higher you rise the harder you fall. This week ROOKIE CULT 9
went 0-1-0 and fell 14 notches into 30th! POKER STARZ 2 bore the brunt of major
assault on their standings this week as they dropped to 31st position as the result
of going 0-1-0! COFFIN TWIST caught the eye of many in the gladiatorial commission
as he skillfully bested SLIDER and was awarded 20 points in recognition. In one of
the week's more notable duels, COFFIN TWIST put down SLIDER, causing him to lose 19
points of recognition in the process. Most watched of the fights this week, the
spotlight was on BLUELINER as he bore arms against the challenge of reigning
Duelmaster FLOYD 106. This time victory fell to the grasp of the usurper. All hail
BLUELINER, Duelmaster of DWES EG! Heed this! A seer has warned that if exactly 6
die in duels this week, the whole city shall perish! Just remember...5 or 7!
I have been in deep conclave with my spies who watched all that has recently
transpired. Indeed there is much I would report. DWES EG, city of gladiators!
Mighty among the names of thy guilds is BIG STRONG MEN, a guild shunned and avoided
by many in the weekly duels. Apparently the stalwarts of TWISTED OAK are catching
the bulk of jests down at the challenging board for their large share of the avoids.
