Hail and well met warriors of DWES EG! Know me for who I am, Zontani Sharp
Eyes, Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. Former top team FALLEN MASTERS was
unseated this week as THE RULING CLASS moved up from 3rd ranking to take the top spot
with a 3-2-0 record for the round. THE BLACK LEAGUE bore the brunt of major assault
on their standings this week as they dropped to 20th position as the result of going
1-1-0! WOMEN IN UNIFORM caught the eye of many in the gladiatorial commission as he
skillfully bested CONCORKILL and was awarded 18 points in recognition. In one of the
week's more notable duels, WOMEN IN UNIFORM put down CONCORKILL, causing him to lose
14 points of recognition in the process. Unwilling to wait upon the will of others,
Duelmaster WAR DUCHESS challenged WARHAWK last week in a match to decide the fate of
the throne. Although WARHAWK made a valiant effort, it did not suffice to topple the
reign of victorious WAR DUCHESS. Informants "close" to the city champion have told
me that he never fights without pantyhose on beneath his armor. Watch out!
Many and various are the arts of battle. In DWES EG "art" is a word that has
long since passed from the language! I saw one fighter that warriors avoided when
this week's challenge seeking began. BIG STRONG MEN is feared. This much I can say.
If you didn't look down dark alleys you'd have been hard pressed to find any of THE
RULING CLASS last week. Busy avoiding BIG STRONG MEN? Loose talk at the arena has
reached my ears and it but confirms the knowledge that many fighters are after JEK
PORKINS. Watch your back! BRICK must really be harboring a grudge against the
FALLEN MASTERS guild! Merciless, 18 challenged down JEK PORKINS points this week to
duel with he. Surprising everyone, JEK PORKINS defeated BRICK, earning 15 points of
recognition in the process! A knave's just desserts are the sweetest victory. A
match that raised a few eyebrows at the games this week, it seems that COMBAT KAISER
posted a challenge against the more highly recognized CLOUDBURST. The results, you
ask? Well, the firebrand COMBAT KAISER lost to CLOUDBURST. Remember warriors, this
is the discipline of steel.
Is not Death a warrior's foremost adviser? Warriors, may this counselor stand
ready at your right hand forever! The warrior's path is harsh. For mediocrity there
is but one reward--death. This past week OSPREAY, at 14-15-0, departed DWES EG
forever. This week's duel proved deadly to OSPREAY as he fell to the more renowned
warrior, OSPREY. How will FALLEN MASTERS find revenge? Some say a warrior is judged
by the way he bears arms. One thing is sure, better a dagger in hand then a sword on
the belt!
The girls are as pretty in DWES EG as ever I remembered them....and the fighters
as ugly! Don't let your reputation slip! Sadly warriors, now longer can I keep thy
