Notes from the arena champ.
So the Custodian thought he could take out one of the youngins wandering the
halls of the arena? Well, the House may have lost its top fighter when Steel Muse
graduated, but the rest of us have some talent! Sometimes it is best to make
yourself look vulnerable and lure the victim in... and so the Custodian challenged
and the title is mine!
Mine for one turn, at least. We shall see how long I can hold this honor. I
think I have defeated everyone in the CCs, which bodes well for my repeat chances.
But I must admit, I am far from certain about defeating any of them again. The
Custodian is probably my best bet, but I dislike the idea of challenging someone I
have just defeated, even if it was on their challenge. It feels sort of like double
dipping. But neither the Duck nor Lump look like easy conquests. So I shall issue
no challenges and simply wait and see what the fates bring my way.
While I wait to see what the future holds, I shall sit proudly upon this seat.
It is indeed a sweet honor to be the second member of the House to claim the throne.
And it is quite a comfortable place upon which to sit while quaffing a beverage. So
it has that going for it. Speaking of which, I believe this mug is gettin' a bit
low...

your deeds. It seems the training can make the difference, as BAD SIGNS is pushed
out of top team by NONSUCH HOUSE, who came from 5th with a 4-1-0 this turn. NONSUCH
HOUSE stable has parlayed this turn's 4-1-0 into a 4 space move up the rankings.
This brings them up to 1st place. Good work, guys! And let's see, GROGAN DA TROLL

Inscrutable, but true. I also notice that the NONSUCH HOUSE stable was the most
avoided team this turn. Come on TELORINTHE, what are you afraid of? And guess who
avoided NONSUCH HOUSE stable the most? Believe it or not, it was OLDIES. Anyone
surprised? The most challenged warrior this turn was MIDDLE WAY 21's warrior
TAMARIND URLIK. More fighters challenged her than challenged the Duelmaster!
