Thia Salanora was curious as to why the Veteran Manager named Hammer had allowed the
due date for strategy submissions to creep up upon him without giving any instructions
for challenges or avoids to his Aaaarrgh Hammerz gladiators?
Hammer merely smiled at the beautiful Half Elf as he reminded her that he had done the
same thing in Arkers Arena when he activated his Acid Fire Hammerz in Arena 8.
"I am flushing out the managers who are prone to challenge my rusty relics," Hammer
grinned as he awaited the outcome of his Aaaarrgh Hammerz returning to Telorinthe
Arena without issuing any challenges or avoids.
"As for my intentions in Telo," Hammer paused for greater emphasis, "what with all
these Young Swords and the collection of Veterans assembling in Telo ... this should
prove to be a Fun Arena!"

Riff-Raff sat back and smiled. Satisfied with the work he had done, the TEABAG
manager wiped the ink off his quill and put the stopper in the ink vial.
Humming quietly to himself as he gathered his papers, Riff-Raff headed into the
common area. It was very late, and Floyd had just arrived from his travels, takeout
tray in hand. He flashed a weary smile at Riff-Raff. "Would you like something to
eat?" He asked. "I ordered too much food!"
Politely declining, Riff-Raff coughed unexpectedly.
Before the manager could reach for his mask, the room was galvanized into action.
"Grab him!" Someone yelled. "Take his temperature!" yelled another. "QUARANTINE
HIM!" shouted a third. Riff-Raff felt himself manhandled, physically lifted, and
thrown back into his room, papers still in hand.
The door slammed shut, and Riff-Raff heard locks being slammed into place.
Looking down at the story in his hand, he shrugged slightly.
"I should have taken Floyd up on his offer. It smelled delicious!"
Knowing it would be two weeks or more before he would see daylight again, Riff-
Raff sat back down at his desk and began to write.

MEGA had a 5-0-0, and with this kind of luck or skill, should do well. Welcome to
TELORINTHE. And let's see, ABOLISH fought EMBEZZLING SCRIBE and gained 20 points and
contributed to SHADOW OF MEGA's 5-0-0. STABBMOOR has lost to HALFTIME SHOW, falling
16 points, while helping make IRONSKULL ORCS a 3-2-0 turn. HIRED BY TRUMP challenged
for the Duelmastership this turn, attempting to dethrone NFL NETWORK's warrior.
Defending his title for another turn, J.J. WATT kept BAD SIGNS' warrior, HIRED BY
TRUMP, from claiming the throne. Tell me, is nothing sacred? I have heard from
unimpeachable sources that The Warty Toad uses trolls in their stew. Talk about
gristle!
I tell you, a green quarterstaff lasts longer than a seasoned sapling. A basher
friend of mine assures me this is true. I also notice that the CONJURE UP THE SUN
stable was the most avoided team this turn. Come on TELORINTHE, what are you afraid
of? And avoiding CONJURE UP THE SUN more than any other team we find THE DRAGONS.
TELORINTHE, are we going to accept, or respect this sort of thing? Well, sports
fans, take notice that DAWN from CONJURE UP THE SUN was TELORINTHE's most challenged
warrior this turn. Well now, what do you expect when someone like KING KILLER from
THE FEROCIOUS FIVE challenges down 22 points to fight VAMPIRE ON FIRE of CONJURE UP
THE SUN? It pains me to see warriors take advantage of the system like this. KING

your favorite sports teams list. I too, have been a sports fan all my life, both as a
player and fan. Here is my list:

AL: Boston Red Sox.
I played Little League for 5 years, Babe Ruth for 2, High School for 2,
Men's fast pitch softball for 2 and slow pitch for 5
NFL -- NFC -- Philadelphia Eagles
AFC -- New England Patriots.
I played High School baseball [football??] for 2 years
NHL -- Philadelphia Flyers
I never played hockey
NBA -- Don't really care for Basketball, but if pressed and I have any interest,
then the Celtics. I did however, play in a church league for 2 years
during HS. Fun fact, I was the only Catholic in an all Baptist League. I
think my mom worried for my soul. lol
Soccer -- Meh! It's soccor, who watches this stuff? lol
I never played. Does running track in HS count? (half mile) lol
NASCAR -- Don't really follow anymore, but back in the day (60s -- 70s) I had a
lot of drivers I liked. I built and drove my own stock car for 3 years in
mid-70s. Modern stock division. Super fun time, altho a money pit.
Duelmasters -- Of course any of my teams, but I do respect all gladiator managers
who participate and keep this great game alive for everyone to enjoy. I
truly missed the past 20 years I was gone, but sometimes life takes
priority. I hope you are having a great time.

Boston Red Sox and Montreal Expos are my baseball teams, and while I grew up cheering
for the Montreal Canadians, the Ottawa Senators and the Valley Eagles are my favourite
teams to cheer for now. In fact I think I attended 7 different Valley Eagles vs
Ithaca Reds games last year. However, like Floyd noted, I used to enjoy following F1
racing, particularly the Williams team when Jacques Villeneuve was driving for them
(and before that - Ferrarri when Gilles Villeneuve was driving for them). Much
